Lovely apartment.

The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to many major attractions, as well as nearby metro and RER stations, making it very convenient for getting around. The apartment itself was beautiful: spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere, with tasteful furnishings and charming décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Can be noisy in the morning when you're trying to sleep, make sure you shut the outside shutters.

Great location, terrible communication.

The decor was lovely, location was excellent walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc etc.

The communication from the host was non existent. I tried emailing, messaging through bookings.com and calling all with no response. I tried contacting the property 9 months before arrival to make sure we had access to a sofa bed. Never heard from the property till the day before we turned up with instructions on how to enter, no response to my messages though. Cleaner turned up 10min before departure time and expected us to exit early as we were getting kids out etc. Room is very small more for 2-4 people max with sofa bed out there is no room to put anything.

Was great for what we needed

Location was great and the apartment was really well decorated clean and welcoming

There were issues with the bathroom. Sink and shower don’t drain properly and get clogged and the noises from some kind of pump that goes off all the time there is also a loud noise that comes from a service cupboard in the hall that vibrates in. The room. We booked for 6 people and although we managed I would say 4 max with no space to put anything.

Was the best move we made booking this apartment!

It was as the pictures showed which is great. The air con was amazing. We were in Paris during a heatwave and it worked really well for us. Lots of lovely shops very close for groceries/drinks and Cyril patisserie at the end of the road on the corner was FANTASTIC highly recommend for pastries, baguettes and beautiful tarts (see picture)

Shower was quite weak and the handle on the sink tap dodgy. But honestly - I’d 100% still book this apartment.

location was great

received multiple instructions for key retrieval which made it very confusing. Most importantly 1 of the rooms had a permanent buzzing sound which made it impossible to sleep.

So well decorated! Clean and tidy! Everything we needed! Great value for the location and we really enjoyed our stay!

There were some pretty loud noises from the pipes (or something from inside the walls) which made it difficult to sleep in the back bedroom. The sofa bed was comfy enough instead though

Beautiful little apartment decorated very nice a little tight for three people, but very comfortable beds.

Clean, convenient location.

Shower wouldn’t drain so had to remove big clump of hair. Direction good except key pad part, that wasn’t needed but we stood outside trying to get it to work. Should just say push open double door 👍

Great location, super cute but needs AC or more fans and definitely somewhere to put clothes.

The location was excellent. Beautifully decorated. Having a little kitchen was really helpful. Beds were super comfortable. It was very very clean. Amazingly quiet within the apartment.

Never again would I stay in the summer. There is no AC, they provide one floor fan which is. It enough. It was like an oven. The main bedroom has windows which have to be kept open to get ventilation so it’s incredibly noisy. The second bedroom had no windows so you cannot leave the door closed otherwise you cannot breathe. The bath in the main bedroom is pretty but a waste. It would be better to get rid of it and have somewhere to put your clothes. The place says it can sleep six, I would say four at the most and with no storage even that is hard.

air conditioning not working, luckily the weather was nice during the night and we were able to sleep with the windows open. Much smaller than presented on photos. They should install a safe and should state that there are amenities in the bathroom.

Location was perfect and apartment was well equipped

NO AIR CON. the apartment has no air con and is extremely warm. Open the windows to cool down but the street was very noisy into the early hours of the night.

The apartment has a cosy feeling and the beds were large and comfortable... kitchen is small but has everyhing which is needed... Bathtub in one of the rooms is cool :)

During last night of our stay some weird floor vibrations were felt and some low key treble sound, which lasted for most of the night... we dont know what it was, nothing bad happened but it felt weird.... No place to put your things in the bathroom, and there is little space (small closet) for clothes etc once you unpack your bags...

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece

La ubicación cerca de la torre Eiffel, si es lo que quieres. Y el barrio que es muy bueno. Y que tiene una cuenta de Disney+ abierta en la tele.

Los apartamentos se ve que se hicieron a partir de un piso grande que se dividió en muchos apartamentos. Se ve que para llevar el agua a la bajante principal utiliza una bomba que es algo molesta. El piso es muy pequeño y se ve que le han dado mucha caña y tienes bastantes desperfectos. El sofá cama y una de las camas no son cómodas. La cama de matrimonio interior sí está bien. Por la mañana se pusieron a limpiar los otros apartamentos a las 9´30 de la mañana y ya no pudimos dormir más por el ruido de la aspiradora. El grifo del baño estaba roto y el mango que abre el agua estaba descolgado. En la ducha se formaba un charco bastante desagradable ya que la bomba no evacuaba el agua que salia de la ducha, que el mango también estaba bastante deteriorado. Por el precio que pagué, casi 400€ la noche, no me parezca para nada que lo valga. Crees que vas a estar en un apartamento de lujo y para nada. Cuando llegas al edificio crees que va a estar genial pero, sólo la entrada a los apartamentos atravesando 3 puertas con las paredes bastante reventadas deja mucho que desear. Por último añadir que cuando hice la reserva decía que incluia un traslado al aeropuerto y tanto booking como el propietario se desentendieron.

Service van beheerder slecht en onvriendelijk bij aankomst tbv toegang, door veel aandringen per telefoon uiteindelijk toegang tot het appartement. En bij algemene stroomuitval op de hele etage aan het eind van zondagmiddag geen reactie hoe dat op te lossen na diverse malen telefoneren geen antwoord en ingesproken voice-mail. Tenslotte zelf probleem opgelost. ( voor etage) Sanitair met name de kranen slecht onderhouden en lastig in het gebruik. Algemeen onderhoud aan slijtage door gebruik van het appartement onder de maat.

Lejligheden lå utrolig godt placeret i Paris. Lejligheden er perfekt til 4 mennesker. Alt hvad vi skulle bruge var tilgængeligt. Indkøbsmuligheder tæt på.

Selve beskrivelsen af, hvordan man finder lejligheden var misvisende. Men heldigvis er franskmænd meget hjælpsomme. Så efter 1 time kom vi ind. Hvergang nogen skyllede ud, kunne det høres i hele lejligheden. Ikke optimalt, hvis man rejser med nattissere. Lejligheden var ok pæn og ren, men slidt. Malingen krakkede af flere steder, dyner (ikke sengetøj), gardiner mm. var nusset med pletter. Afløbet i håndvasken kunne ikke følge med. Og selve armaturet var i stykker. Sovesofaen i stuen var ikke beregnet til at sove på. Så to sov på gulvet. Spisebordsstolene var små farlige, da ryglænet var i stykker. Badekar i soveværelset er fuldstændigt overvurderet. Inden fliser på vægen og tæt på sengen. Vi brugte det ikke.

L’appartement était bien et correspondait aux photos, l’emplacement est top est proche du métro. Le seul point négatif serait qu’il y a zéro flexibilité par rapport aux horaires d’entrée et sortie, au point que le service de ménage est venu nous toqué à la porte à 11h moins 5.

problema sin solución, con muy poca asistencia y con cargos injustificados

La ubicación ya que está cerca de todo.

Tuvimos un problema con el baño (que no fue generado por nosotros) y no recibimos solución, solo unos chats escuetos que indicaban no usar agua, el anfitrión no responde los llamados telefónicos. Esto implicó que no pudiéramos usar el baño ni agua en el departamento la última noche ni la mañana que partimos, generando una serie de problemas en mi familia ya que necesitábamos ir al baño y tuvimos que hacerlo en el club nocturno que queda al lado del edificio, ellos nos dijeron que este problema les ocurre con frecuencia en donde estábamos alojando (se puede leer algunos comentarios acá asociados al mal funcionamiento del baño y también a ruidos molestos al momento de usar el baño o la ducha, es decir ¡es un problema recurrente!). Además 2 semanas después nos cobraron el depósito de seguridad de manera unilateral y sin explicaciones, aun me encuentro evidenciando que no fuimos los causantes del problema del baño (se notaba que es un problema de larga data) y tratando de que me devuelvan el dinero (cerca de 1000 US), me siento estafada. No volvería a arrendar acá. No lo recomiendo.
