We had a great time. It was a good location. We would have loved to have better fans. It got pretty hot at night.

Most of the places are small and apartment living in Paris. This was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed in the property. I love having the market down the street for fruits, pastries, and restaurants. 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Eric

Very Good

The property is well located, close to the Eiffel Tower and two Metro stops. The host was very responsive to all of our messages, and was able to be flexible with out check-in time. The second double bed is a bunk on top of the main bed, so for 4 people, it is best suited for families or young friends who can climb the ladder. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little apartment! The neighborhood is wonderful! Eric was great to communicate with…..he answered all of our questions and let us arrive very early on our check in day with no hassle at all. We fell in love with the Nespresso machine and ordered one to be waiting for us when we get home. If we return to Paris….we will be looking Eric up again for sure!

This place is in a convenient location, right next to multiple markets and restaurants in a safe area. Just a block from the metro and a 10 min walk to Trocadero for Eiffel tower views. We enjoyed our stay and Eric is a good host and communicative. It was a little tight with 5, so I think 4 is perfect. The twin beds in the listing are the couches, but they are not pull out beds, I just assumed they were. Also the washer will dispense soap automatically, we looked for detergent for too long.

The apartment is exactly as the listing states. It was clean, had everything we needed. Location was about 15 min walk from apt. Outside entrance had a plaque with business names which surprised me and hallway paint was chipped, plastic cover on stairs which i assume their was some construction going on. However the apartment was well maintained. Many close restaurants Madison's cafe was great! Eric was even able to have room prepared for us to arrive early. Thanks

The space was unique and close to where we wanted to be. To our surprise, the rental is located near many shops and activities. Every time I visit Paris, I will stay at this location. It was honestly the best! Eric was also fantastic. He contacted me way ahead of my trip and kept in contact with me. He also told me how the weather was a few days before my arrival. His communication was excellent. The space was clean and had things around the house we could use. For example, I needed shaving cream the morning of my meeting, and a small container was in the bathroom. That was perfect!

Eric was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with… It was a great location less than a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Short walk to both metro and the RER! Great layout for a small apartment and close to markets and grocery stores.

Enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. Right near parking, bus routes, and the metro for getting out and touring the city.

Hassle free check in and out. Amazing efficiency. 3 mins walking to line 9 station. Great neighborhood. So convenient to street malls, grocery store and restaurants. Dryer is a plus. We feel like this is just a family style house that we need in Paris. Thank you!

The apartment was clean...ish. the washer/dryer doesn't really dry anything and I had to clean it. The owner was relatively responsive, I'm sure he has a job, so I didn't expect immediate replies. Luckily there were only three of us, otherwise I don't know where people would've slept. The location is phenomenal, super close to some cute cafes and the train station!

The keyless check-in was great. Eric was accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was nice, clean and well stocked. Wonderful location - close to shops and restaurants and within walking of the Eiffel Tower. Easy access to Metro and train to get wherever you want to go. The apartment was small for four adults - one of us had to sleep on couch in living room. We made do though.

We stayed in this cute little apartment with a family of 4. It worked out great for our short stay. The apartment is well equipped, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower several metro stations and bus lines. Communication with the owner is easy and fast. I highly recommend!

Right where uou want to be couldnt have been better everything was great no issues at all!!

I picked this place because it was big enough and is located in the region we wanted. The area felt very safe and was convenient to trains and the Eiffel Tower. The accommodation doesn’t quite live up to the expectation I had from pictures and price with cheap linens and towels. Fortunately we didn’t need the final 2 “beds”. We had to finish the housekeeping ourselves as there were sheets hanging to dry and wet towels still in the dryer. We were surprised there was no toilet paper when we arrived after a long journey. A few easy fixes and attention to detail would make this a more enjoyable stay for its price.

Everythng was good and could have air condition to rooms.

Location was ideal for sightseeing and amenities suited our needs. Eric was responsive and accommodating.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. The neighbourhood is fantastic, I really loved it. Two metro lines and RER near by, good bakeries and restaurants around. Eric was very kind to let us check-in earlier. I would definitely recommend it.

This property is in a wonderful neighborhood. It’s not a tourist section. It makes you feel like you’re one of the locals. There are plenty of great shops, restaurant and markets right out the door. In addition it’s only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and a bit further to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. If you’re traveling with a family this residence is likely going to be too small. We had 3 kids. There is room to sleep with double sized bunk beds and 2 couches. Storing luggage is the challenge. We had to stow it on the floors. If you’re a smaller group then this will be fine. I also learned that it’s illegal for private residences to have air conditioning. It was manageable since we were there at the beginning of June. The summer months would be challenging as the afternoon sun warms up the unit. There are black out curtains on 2 windows, but not on the other 2. So it can warm up fairly easy. There is a fan in the bedroom which helped. Eric was very pleasant to deal with. He was quick to respond regarding most inquiries and was always quite polite. Thank you Eric.

My group of 5 comfortably enjoyed our stay here. Close to the metro and only a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower by electric scooter. All amenities and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Good location, quite spacious for Paris. No view, no balcony. Elevator does not go to Ground floor...

This apartment was a great find. Even though it is not big, it is efficient and has everything you would need to spend your vacation in Paris. The location is also stellar, being close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as the metro. I would highly recommend this stay to others!

We got to Paris after a long flight from US - we dropped off our stuff off at the VRBO and went to explore; the host was very nice explaining all the codes for the doors. Unfortunately when we got back from exploring, we realized that the apartment was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in months. The sheets and towels were stained, and the shower curtain smelled horribly like mildew. There was no soap for the bathroom, and the television in the bedroom was full of static. There were no instructions, and the washing machine took forever for just some clothes we wore on the plane. But that was just the beginning. When I texted the host to express my concerns, instead of saying let’s see how we can figure this out to make it a better stay for you and your family, he insulted me stating: “You just exaggerate. There are sometimes very annoying hosts and you are one of them. You are welcome to cancel tonight. Be informed that the apartment Code will be unactivated tomorrow morning. Are you coming to wash your stuff? Household is perfect. You are a poor woman. You are very welcome to go out of my apartment…You are a poor woman. And make sure you find another apartment because you won’t be able to get in tomorrow MORNING. Is it clear?” I told him we had nowhere to go and he said he didn’t care and that I need to leave by 11am and that he was switching the code on the front door, and we wouldn’t be able to get back in. I was shocked and speechless!!! We don’t speak French, it was 12am, and I had no idea how to book another VRBO - he wouldn’t answer my phone calls to discuss- I even repeatedly apologized profusely and repeatedly BEGGED and PLEADED with him to change his mind. He responded by text “11am” and refused to talk to me. The HOST created so much stress that my husband and I got essentially no sleep that night (after already being exhausted because we barely slept the night before on the airplane). Instead we were frantically on the phone with VRBO customer support to try to find a place to go at the very last moment. We woke the kids early the next morning, packed everything up and the 6 of us had to carry all of our luggage (the 4 biggest bags were on wheels) through the streets of Paris. Picture in your head, our 8 and 12 year olds pushing wheeled luggage though the streets, on and off the sidewalks to the subway/metro system. It was a NIGHTMARE - a truly terrible experience.

The property is in a great location! It is much larger than I expected. We are a family of 5, 2 adults three kids ages 16, 13 and 11 and we had no problems with the the property. The price is right for the location!

We had no concerns except for washer dryer malfunction due to overloading by the cleaning service. Washer contents stayed wet for days! Perhaps, a written manual would be helpful regarding use of appliances.

Excellent location, supremely easy check in and out, and very well appointed. Just needed a tiny bit more attention to cleaning otherwise perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This apartment is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Close to shops and easy to get around. The apartment itself is nice but small and not well suited for a family. A great alternative to staying in a youth Hostel for 4. 2 of the beds are pull outs on the floor and 2 are couches that are very worn- not pull outs, just couches to lay on. No A/C so be sure to check the expected weather. Check in was easy and I do think this is a great option for young travelers who want a great place to stay.

Needed a place to stay in Paris for fashion week. The apartment was comfortable and the location was good. Had some trouble with check-in, but things happen. I would totally book again in the future.
