Everything was perfect. The apartment hosts welcomed us warmly, and we felt truly appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, with spacious rooms and a fantastic view from the large terrace. Convenient distance to all the main attractions. We would gladly return when visiting Paris again :)

Great appartment, unpleasant service
The appartment was clean and well suited for a family of 4. Close to the train station. Has all listed white goods: coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.
We left the property in very good order, no comment on the spot when we handed over the key. However, the owner started to send menacing messages 5h after departure. Very rude. The service is not ‘exceptional’, average at best.

We travelled to Paris as a family by train and found a perfect place here to explore the city and its sights.
We really enjoyed our stay in the flat. Especially the lovely furnishings, the very good connection to public transport and of course the view from the terrace on the 14th floor (unfortunately not towards the Eiffel Tower :-)) were a highlight.

Visiting paris
The apartment was published as having air-condition. We found only portable ventalators as on the picture att. . When we point out to the owenr the gap between the publishing and reality he answer to us (not politey) that we can go and he will refund but every one understand that will cause us more expenses . Besid that the apartment is clean and well equipped . Additional to the above we have been charge 180 euro by the owner for towels and bed linen that is allso a surprise on spot

Le calme de l'appartement, les équipements très complets, 2 chambres + divant-lit, domotique, gentillesse du propriétaire, superbe terrasse, garage privé sécurisé, 2-3 km de la Tout Eiffel, 5 minutes du RER

très agréable sauf le stress avec le parking
Trouver un lieu de parking a été très difficile pour nous car notre voiture depasse 2.10m. Et c`est payant tout autour du batiment
