Hostel V38

The location of the hostel was amazing. It was only a 12-15 minute walk from the train station, and you could also walk to all the main attractions. If you're staying for a short time, I highly recommend not buying a public transit pass and just getting your steps in. We stayed in Prague during the heat wave (100 F, 38 C), and our room had great AC! The bathrooms are cleaned every day, which is great as well!

My one frustration was having to figure out the AC ourselves the first night. There was no remote control or operating system, so we had to physically open up the unit to turn it on. Besides that, though, everything was great!

The location was great and the price for the accommodation was very reasonable. Perfect for 2 people, instructions for check in were clear (if guest bother to read them of course). Coffee and breakfast right across the street, walking distance to pretty much anywhere. Super quiet at night

none

Friendly staff communicated well. We negotiated a very reasonable price for late check-out with a friendly cleaning lady. The bathroom was nice and our room connected to the kitchen which made logistics easy. Bed was really comfy and room felt put together. Laundry facilities worked well (but there's no soap) and overall the place felt really clean except for what is mentioned

Bit dusty here and there and we found a wrapper in the bed sheets. When we were doing laundry a cigarette fell out of some sheets that were destined for the dryer. Kitchen could use with some more cooking equipment. The QR code system was hard to use for the door. I have never had issues with QR codes before

The air quality was bad The bathroom wasn’t clean (underwear left there, unflushed matter) The bed/pillow wasn’t very comfortable
