    I had a great stay at this property; the staff were very friendly and always reachable through WhatsApp in case I had a question, and although a self-check-in process is followed, they do have a reception available during normal working hours in case you need anything. The room was filled with all sorts of amenities that provide extra comfort and convenience; they even had air conditioning, which was very helpful during the hot summer days and not always available in every hotel. There is a great doner shop just next door to get a quick bite and a convenient store just a few steps away. The price was also a bargain for what you get in return. If you need to use the tram, a tram stop is just two minutes away. So all in all, they easily get a 5-star rating from me.

    We stayed here during our 3D2N trip to Prague. Arrived in Prague via train at the main station which was only a few stops away from the hotel/apartment. Reception was very helpful and warm. The room was very spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities (incl. a compact washing machine and laundry pods). Would recommend this!

    The location was good. It was close to metro/bus/tram and there are convenient store next to it (But expensive). The room was clean and well equiped with things to cook and bed was okay. But the edge of the bed is very sharp so I and my husband were both injured. Also the noise from upstairs were very loud.... and if you open the window people smoke from the restaurant on the ground floor. Maybe it is because my room was at 1st floor. So I would recommend this place if you can get the highest floor.
