    We had a comfortable stay and kept our expectations low after reading the revised. The hotel interior is very outdated and facilities are very poor - the shower speed was abysmal, shower cubicle height was not elderly friendly, Netflix/Prime apps were not available on TV, breakfast tasted strictly average and had limited options etc However if you keep aside the facilities, there are many positives working for the hotel - excellent location for quick in and out to all key Prague landmarks, very clean accomodation, very good mattress for sound sleep and AC maintaining temperature perfectly. Staff was very helpful. So overall I will give it 3 out of 5.

    Nice hotel with great location. Only breakfast menu was limited and usually by 8.30 am food items get finished, which they do not refill and say it's finished.

    Checked in to a deluxe room at 2pm, walked out at 2:15pm and moved to a different hotel. Room 406 was filthy, shower hose was broken and full of dirt and the toilet brush holder was rusted and a true health hazard. Seriously, if a rat walked in it would wipe its feet on the way back out. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and honestly feel like I have been robbed as it does not come near to a 1☆ hostel never mind a 4☆ hotel. Honestly, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN YOU ARRIVE because that is what should happen. It's cheap for a reason. Trust me, save your money and sleep elsewhere.
