It has a great location (just 650 meters from Charles Bridge and the volunteers truly are the heart of this hostel). Their friendliness and positive energy make the atmosphere welcoming and memorable. Keep up the amazing work!

Bunks were comfy, nice and clean bathrooms and common area had great facilities. the staff were very friendly and helpful, Destiny made me feel very included and gave great recommendations about sightseeing, food spots, etc.
More fridge space would’ve been nice, it was completely full and not the cleanest.

My stay at Onefam Oldtown left an impression of uncommon quality on me, it exceeded all my highest expectations of what a hostel experience in Prague would be. The location was excellent, the facilities superb, but above all the staff were utterly brilliant. From the manager, Anna, who was incredibly accommodating and exceedingly good company, to the main geeza Curtis who will be sure to show you a good time and an unforgettable party in Prague, to Ozgur who will restore your faith in humanity with his refreshingly kind heart, everyone was outstanding and I could really mention every single one of them. I simply couldn’t recommend Onefam Oldtown more highly, and if you are looking for a good time in Prague you have to look no further!

Good location. The large dorm room was spacious.
The place is super basic for what you pay, i stayed at another place in Prague where the cost was a little lower and the facilities were much better. The bed mattress in the large dorm was the worst ive stayed on in all of Europe and no sort of privacy curtain like every other hostel i have stayed in. Half the showers were being renovated at the time. There were peoples towels hanging up in The bathroom constantly and about 10 product bottles left in each shower all the time like people live there full time. And fyi there is 2 key pads to get in, the one for after 10pm is on the right side of the door. That was not actually told to me, so trying to get in late on my first night was a pain.
