Pension Karlova

Location was excellent and the apartment was spacious with high ceilings - shared kitchen and fridge there in two separate rooms. The street below is noisy and active but our room was super quiet.

No A/C which would be fine if not for the hot spell - a fan was provided which was great but a second one would have been awesome

The location is very good to visit Prague, near to the Karlov bridge and just few minutes by walk to the central square. There are a lot nice bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment, and they were great for breakfast and dinner and any other needs. The apartment had one large room with one double bed, two single beds and one table with four chairs. The bathroom was small but everything worked well. There was a common area with kitchen and tables for meals you can made by yourself. The host was great with all our needs.

The room was at third floor without lift, so we had to carry our luggages up through a steep stair.

Location and size

Getting in and getting key were an issue, owner left our key in the wrong box, which held no key. Both in our 70’s, after a very long travel day, 8 hours by train, spent 45 minutes in the hall. Finally had to turn my phone on to contact owner. After several attempts, finally got her
