The room was in the roof, so far away from road noise, which was great. The bed was comfy, location was fantastic.
The shared restroom wasn't cleaned during my 4 night stay (bin had stuff in it and tissue paper on the floor the whole time confirmed this).
I had to walk through a dorm room to get to the private room.
There was no bin in the private room and no bedside lamps to use when you turn the main light off.
There was wear and tear around the place that suggested maintenance had not been done in a while.
This hostel is cash only, with signs saying "to save you money on bank fees", but ATMs charge fees, and if you're paying in CZK (which is the local currency) they use a fixed exchange rate from Euro which meant I was actually paying about 100 CZK more than was advertised to me on Booking.com, it felt a little scammy. If they really wanted to save me money on bank fees they should have offered all payment options with up-to-date exchange rates and let me choose.
