The room is simple but clean and comfortable, especially considering the affordable price. The location is also very convenient, close to the city centre and only about a 5–6 minute walk to Restoran Pelita Nasi Kandar and other food outlets. Overall, it's a good value for money stay.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and some of the bathroom door locks were not working properly. The water pressure was quite low, and the bathroom floor was not very clean. I would suggest that the housekeeping staff clean the bathrooms at least twice a day to improve cleanliness and the overall guest experience.

Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a 5-day stay. I tried to contact the property via Booking.com but did not receive any response. Then I contacted them via WhatsApp, the staff promised to bring me another roll but eventually didn't. There was no staff of maid or cleaner seen throughout my 5-day stay. Some of the water heaters in the bathrooms were not functioning. Wifi was slow at times. Poor soundproofing room, as you can hear the people next door talking and watching videos on loudspeaker. You can certainly tell that there were people smoking in their rooms and in the bathrooms. Room was dirty with ants and spiders. The wardrobe was not in good condition.
