    The hotel is very very old, classic hotel with minimum facilities, the floor is dirty, pillow cases and bed sheets are dirty with yellowish spot, shower breakdown, toilet dirty, room a bit smelly. The room rate is too pricey for that kind of accommodation. Blankets and towels are old, dirty and wore out. No private parking, no lift.

    Nice old-style hotel of Penang. High roof with fans above. It is nice to experience what old styled Penang house is. Most of the rooms have windows, but couldn't be opened. I request to demand one with a window that could be opened, for I need fresh air! Eventhough it locates at some crowded place, but the street was quiet and we did have quiet sleep. There is an open pantry with tables and chairs provided, and hot and cold water available for serving. Comparing the price and service provided, it is one if the best choice. The only limitation is, most of the rooms windows are closed, or locked, and couldn't be open, and need the help of the counter lady to provide us an open window room.
