super comfort. the bed is so soft. the view is cool. i can see Deen Maju from my room🤣🤣 so can plan when can q to eat. hotel location also is a walking distance to Avenue Mall and the famous Sup Hameed. and also one block from Noordin street.

3rd time staying here. This room is spacious (family room) and the bed are comfy. Located near eating places and Komtar. Facilities provided are complete.. kettle, iron, iron board, hair dryer and ect..
The toilet is a bit smelly .. u can smell something like urine whenever u enter the toilet.
The iron board is not sturdy and a bit loose..have to make sure that the board does not fell down when ironing.

The location is great which's in the center of George Town. The gym room is large and clean enough. The staff is also helpful to discuss with manager about the room change and I did change to a room that improved the situation.
The sound insulation is zero in the room. You will clearly hear the sound of showering next to your room or someone talking outside your room. You will also clearly hear the sound from the street. It's really annoying, especially making you can't sleep well.
