Great location, very convenient with lots of food choices around. It's also near a mall and Hin Bus Depot. Easily walkable everywhere you go. Check in and check out is fairly easy with 2 water coolers available in the hotel, making it super convenient to fill up my water bottle whenever.
The size of the room is a bit small for its price. I came as a solo traveler which is cosy enough for me, but if I came with a partner, the room is quite small. I wouldn't recommend the balcony room too as the view overlooks another wall of the next building. My room did not have a balcony but the view is very nice - it's a view of the street.

The location is right in the center of everything
The hassle of taking off our shoes and store in the shoes locker before going up the stairs to our room

Friendliness of the people. Furthermore they were very helpful. In general the employees at the place, but also the local people in town, places of interest, ....
The place needs definitely better maintenance. The repair works done would are not professional. They would not be accepted in my property.
