    A really lovely, brand-new hotel that’s spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. I stayed in the Queen City View room, and I’m very glad I chose one with a window—some rooms don’t have windows, and the rooms are quite small, so I think a window makes a huge difference. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a quality mattress topper, crisp high-thread-count sheets, a thick duvet, and plenty of great pillows. The air conditioning was powerful and brand new. The bathroom is also very small but perfectly functional, with good water pressure. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff were friendly. The location suited me well. It’s not right in the middle of Georgetown, but I enjoyed walking everywhere, including Hin Bus Depot. There are also some fantastic restaurants on the same street, especially Banh Mi 77 and a great northern Chinese restaurant nearby. The only reasons I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars are the very small room, no pool, and the lack of a mini fridge. Having somewhere to keep cold drinks would have made the stay perfect. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

    Since the hotel is still brand new..Mostly the facilities provided is also new..I truly recommend this hotel for you to try..I just a staycation so I didn't go out so much..But inside they using smart tv which is has Netflix and youtube so it should be fine if you lazy to go out.. For me the parking is quite limited since during night my cousin need to double park and kind of worrying for us.. The staff iss really helpful and soft spoken.. I would stay at this hotel again when i visit penang

    Positives: The location is good. Easy to get to anywhere. Lots of nearby eateries also. Beds were comfortable. Negatives: one reception staff was rather unhelpful and abrupt. Asked for toilet roll and never arrive. Parking spaces a little lacking. We arrived to non smoking room that wreaks of smoke. The bathroom was very small and awkwardly spaced.
