    It is just nice. We got a corner room for the stay. Unexpectedly the room come with 2 sides of big windows that allowed the sunlight to come in amazingly✨ Would recommend this place 👍🏻

    I think this hotel is quite overrated. 😅 When I checked in on the first day, the receptionist informed me that there was an issue with the room I had originally booked, so they upgraded us to a room with two queen-size beds. They arranged a corner room with wide windows, which sounds nice, but the room itself wasn’t very big. With two queen-size beds inside, the room felt extremely cramped and there was barely enough space to move around. We checked in around 4pm, but unfortunately, we couldn’t even have a proper rest because the room was really hot. We had already set the air-conditioning to the lowest temperature, but it was still not cooling the room properly. The whole night was the same. I couldn’t sleep well because the room remained hot. Honestly, it felt like the air-conditioning capacity was simply not sufficient for the size of the room. The next morning, I went to the reception to give my feedback. The Chinese receptionist was busy talking on the phone. After listening to my feedback, she simply continued with her phone conversation. That made me feel like my feedback wasn’t really taken seriously, and I honestly don’t think the management will take any action. For me, a good hotel isn’t just about the room or the facilities — the service and how they handle guests’ feedback matter too. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I feel that this hotel is quite overrated and not worth the expectations.
