Really friendly and polite staff members, good food and drinks provided. Nice private pool and public pool.

This is really personal and nothing really to do with the staff in a way, as it is outside their control. We come from countries in way cooler climate, so for us, we need really strong AC.

The place is pure magic!!!! It’s so beautiful I can easy say it’s my top resorts I stayed in my life! I’ve visited over 80 countries!! All about this place is incredible! In sunny or rainy day, you just want to stay there and don’t even l leave the resort! What a beautiful setting in the middle of the jungle ❤️❤️❤️ Also the stuff was phenomenal, I cannot thank enough for our experience, we loved it so much we ended up extending our stay to 5 days, don’t make mistake of only staying for 1 or 2 nights to see Tayrona park, let yourself rest in this place and you will not regret a second. I will definitely be coming back and back! Thank you so much Watapuy ❤️

The hotel’s location is excellent, offering a truly beautiful view that sets high expectations from the moment you arrive. The rooms are nice, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

During our stay, the electricity and internet failed several times throughout the night. Also we didnt have hot water and when we complaint, the receptionist said she would come to our room to check but she didnt. For a hotel claiming five-star standards, all this is simply unacceptable. The service was disappointing, with staff inattentive, super unflexible and slow. But the worst was the food. We never ate that bad in Colombia. If you still want to spend a night here, go to the partner hotel Senda Koguiwa (3 min walking distance) for every possible meal.
