Central location. All tours leave from nearby. Facilities are great, loved the views from the sauna. Good base from which to do day tours around Kiruna.
Not a great value, can be crowded in the lobby or at breakfast. Seems like it’s the only game in town.

Very modern, comfortable and adjustable beds, spacious room and quiet. Generally excellent bathroom but see below. Very nice bar on top floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Organised early and late check in/out at fair price.
Breakfast buffet was off-putting. Porridge and baked beans in same heated tray with one spoon! We went to the cafe next door ...
Shower rail fitted too close to wall so shower head not manoeuvrable easily causing bit of a flood.
Entrance red carpet had large puddle in the middle when we arrived. Hard to get round.
Room was a bit pricey compared to similar hotels in other Swedish cities.

Excellent location in new town.
The parking was challenging, as it was in a temporary lot, that was shared by multiple businesses. Parking slots were difficult to find. Unfortunately, I was given a parking ticket for parking in a lot with other cars, but there was no sign.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work. We set it to 19°C, but after a full day, the temperature stayed at 22°C, just like when we arrived.
You can’t open windows in the room !
The sauna and gym were nice, but the sauna only opens at 3 PM, which was disappointing since we wanted to use it in the morning.
This hotel does not match its advertised value, especially during the off-season.
The reception experience was very unpleasant — the woman at the front desk seemed irritated and unwelcoming, which made us feel like we weren’t wanted.
The towels were in poor condition — old and worn out.
