Everything was great.

Very good location, easy to access and convenient for walking. Good and tasty breakfast offer. The hotel has a PUB where you could enjoy a delicious dinner. The price also included SPA.

Perfect stay

Camila at reception was fantastic. She made the trip very pleasant. She even opened the bar for us while we were waiting for our onward ride to come. Very pleasant lady. She gave us good information and facts about the northern lights. Breakfast was epic. Facilities were outstanding. The gym is huge. 2 x suanas too.

Maybe a little far out of town. Not many shops in the area.

Little slice of luxury

Awesome sauna. Best buffet breakfast! It has loads of options so you can have a wide variety of little tastes of everything. The bread was amazing!! Staff are very friendly.

Luxury hotel, super clean, comfortable and excellent facilities. Breakfast was big and delicious. Pity that I only stayed one night. Location is good, 10 mins taxi ride to train station and 2 mins walk from where the airport bus drops you. Also the pick up spot for most Northern lights tours. Stayed in the new renovated wing of the hotel, absolutely modern (heated bathroom floors!)

For sure, best place to stay in Kiruna. Rooms super comfy, Eden pub with great meals and great staff. After a snowstorm from Abisko, I was gifted with a room upgrade with sauna and jacuzzi! Highly recommend!

The bed was too soft. Not great sleep. The internet was the worst I have ever had experienced. So don't get there if you rely on the hotel internet to get your work done..

Clean and helpful staff, comfortable beds. Good situation in Kiruna to catch the bus to the airport.

Breakfast was a little late on weekend, yet we had to leave a few minutes after the start of breakfast. But it was a varied one, even if quick.

The hotel has been enlarger several times, so that to reach certain rooms, like mine, it is necessary to follow long corridors, use staircases and the whole badly indicated . The prices are eextremelyhigh for the offered quality.

A very comfortable stopover

It’s a very comfortable hotel - it has everything you need. Also an excellent restaurant. The staff are great. I lost an item of luggage on the train and the receptionist went out of her way to track it down and have it returned to me. Very grateful!

Our room was new and very clean. The shower was a dream! The burgers at the pub were delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The location is not close to airport or train station and cabs are very pricey! But there are no hotels close to the airport.

Short but very good, wish I could've stayed longer!

Breakfast was amazing, everything you could wish for and very fresh. Also nice atmosphere, perfect, best I have had at a hotel in addition to the Best Western Svava in Uppsala. I also received a free upgrade to a suite so that was great.

The staff were very friendly and they provided bag storage for the week that we hiked.

The hotel is located in the old town that is no effectively a ghost town due to the mine. We had to walk about an hour to get to restaurants or other services.

Very coveniently situated hotel with comfortable and clean rooms

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. There was much food to chose from during breakfast. There was a big car park near the hotel, which is very covenient.

Unfortunately we had no refrigerator in our room.

Good location, plenty of parking, friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice restaurant with excellent restaurant staff.

Shower screen didn't seal to the floor and the floor was sloping, resulting in the shower water flowing freely across the bathroom; had to solve by building a wall of towels. Toilet seat broken. Window held open by block of wood. Generally run-down room.
