I would say this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in…so much so that I will research it and get the same mattress for home!
I found one of the reception staff quite unhelpful, but overall a great experience!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Right from check-in, the staff made us feel warm and welcomed.
They were able to accommodate us with an early check-in. We were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and the staff made our stay special.
The rooms are well presented and spacious.
The breakfast at the hotel is exceptional with a wide selection to cater for all tastebuds.
We also enjoyed our time at the Vana Spa which is a must do.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kiruna. The hospitality was faultless.
