7 adults stayed for a family wedding, spacious property with plenty of room to spread out. House was clean & tidy and had all the amenities we needed.

A spacious, comfirtable hpuse in a quiet area near to fields and countryside. An easy 35 minute walk to the centre of Largs
We had to go looking for towels as we weren't given enough. One towel and some of the bedding was stained. There was washing in the washing machine and laundry which wasn't ours and food in the freezer which wasn't ours.

Excellent place with all cooking utensils, cutlery etc. Spacious house with enough rooms and bathrooms.On the checkout day, we got a bit delayed and the representative who came to do cleaning waited graciously for us to load the luggage and check out.
One of the bathroom door's know was kind of free. The bathroom door was not getting locked. I had seen other reviews complaining about this and was surprised to see that it was not fixed.
One family member got trapped in another downstairs bathroom, as after shower the shower glass door jammed and did not open even after repeatedly trying for 15 mins. Finally, we had the open the bathroom door with a coin from outside, and pull the glass door open from outside.
Needless to say, noone took shower there again! 🙂
These are not complaints, but note to the owner to fix please as it's too good a property to have these inconveniences. We have seen that on the other reviews, the owner asks why people don't inform her from the property so she could make it right. We did not want to get deviated from the sole purpose of Tourism in discussions, and so doing after the visit. Just will request those to be looked into and corrected, and we will visit again for sure.

Was in a good location a 5 minute drive from Largs seafront.
Was in need of some work. Fittings, paint work all a bit tired and shabby looking. Also beds were not very comfortable.
