Formidable!

Always so nice.. the site is magical as long as you love the countryside! This is the second time we have been without this place. We were in the front row to see a rain of shooting stars. Really great stay!

A comfy studio in a lovely setting

We found the property quite easily, though the driving rain and low cloud made driving difficult on the narrow country roads - luckily very little traffic on May 1st. Our cheerful and friendly host met us as we arrived and showed us the studio in a single-storey modern building. The main room was a good size with a nice kitchen dining area, well equipped to prepare a basic meal, and warm and cosy on a wet and foggy night. After a good night's sleep in a very comfy bed we awoke to find rain stopped and mist cleared. We were treated to glorious views of snow-capped mountains on the left and the little village below with fields and grassy hills to the right

Exceptional

First of all, this place of Enrico and Federica is actually a passive house and thus having all the comfort you can expect from such building. It's really their project to establish their new home there and they are more than happy to share it with their guests. We've been there only for 2 nights to visit the Barolo, La Morra and Alba area of Langhe. The house is located in a good position to reach everything easily by car. The place is like new, very clean and tidy. There are a few restaurants in the nearby reachable even by a short walk (1-2 kms). There is a nice view from the house and place for BBQ or just for having a sunbath. Parking is very easy. There was all silence one need to relax as it was not in a village but on the hill beside a forest. Long story short, we had a very good time there and can't wait to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Since it's on a hill you cannot just walk into a bar in the morning. Doing the shopping is to be planned as well on the way back to the house but when one is using the car anyway to discover Langhe it should not be a problem.

A quiet place out of the everyday urban traffic; ideal for rest, relaxation and reflection. The owners are excellent people. Friendly, and at your complete disposal; welcoming and sunny, they make you feel welcome at home. Thank you. P.S. Just 20 minutes away is famouse Alba; city of the International Truffle Fair.

The apartment is very clean and thoughtfully done. It's very light with a wonderful view. It feels in the middle of nowhere but there are a couple of villages within walking distance with shops and cafes. The perfect base to explore the Langhe area

First of all it’s the great hosts. More friendly and warm people then Enrico and Federica you couldn’t find. They’re able to help with anything you need in this area. Very polite and gentle guys. The property will give you an impression that you’re in place so close to Mother Nature. You’re awake and the first you see is the snowy top of the Alps. Turn the head and there’re endless grove of famous Piedmont hazelnut trees. Just 20 minutes drive and you’re in the heart of Barolo’s and Barbaresco’s wine villages. it’s like to live you own dream. If I can I could advise for everyone to stay at these amazing couple apartment. Be safe guys. God bless you.

Un' oasi di tranquillità

Bella struttura immersa nella tranquillità, con una bellissima vista sulle Alpi. Punto strategico per visitare i borghi limitrofi. Appartamento nuovo con ottimo isolamento termico e acustico, cucina attrezzata Un plus per noi gli animali ammessi.

Si potrebbe mettere un armadio, anche piccolo, e un box doccia invece della tenda.

Pulizia della camera, tranquillità del luogo, comfort generale (secondo letto escluso).

Il secondo letto è una sorta di divano letto che non rimane nemmeno parallelo al pavimento, fondamentalmente è a zig zag: non si pretende di certo un letto extra lusso ma questo aspetto dovrebbe decisamente essere migliorato per poter essere in linea con il comfort generale del resto dell'appartamento.

Struttura nuova, con arredamenti moderni e confortevoli. E' presente una piccola cucina ma completamente attrezzata ed un bagno completo di tutti Gestore molto disponibile e chek-in semplice e veloce.

Camera top e paesaggio stupendo

Mi è piaciuto l’arredamento nuovo ed essenziale. Ho trovato la camera pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino fuori dalla camera era splendido e offriva la possibilità di mangiare all’aperto e di godersi l’aperto e l’aria fresca durante tutta la giornata
