Surprisingly wonderful short stay in wine country

Amazing! We knew that we wanted to stay in the Langhe region to taste some of the great wines, but we hadn't done too much research in advance about exactly which village to stay in. So when we arrived to Diano d'Alba, we were so excited to see that it's at the highest point in the whole area! Gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside and vineyards everywhere you look! The apartment itself is lovely and Emanuela took really good care of us. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We weren't able to stay long enough for a visit to the family's own winery, but I'd surely recommend that to others. We were able to taste the family's wine during a tasting at the community cantina in the center of town by the church--also amazing!

Beautiful and peaceful stay

This wonderful feeling of being cared - thank you Emanuella for wonderful breakfasts, always so deliciuos cheeses from local markets, for your pies and delicacies. The property is very beautiful, next to a little church, on the top of a hill and you can see picturesque wineyards below, you can even take a walk there! The little town Diano d'Alba is very cosy, with it's little bakery, where you can taste lokal wines! From the town, if you have a car, you can visit other towns nearby, Emanuella, the beautiful host, shares a map and kindly advices on what might be interesting to ser. Unforgettable memories.

Super clean, newly renovated and well decorated. The room was extremely comfortable and the host very kind and helpful ❤️ The owner prepared us breakfast herself with delicious pies and bakery goods 😍

Stunning views in a very pretty village with all amenities. Great location for visiting all the beautiful Piedmont villages such as Barolo, Murazzano, Monforte d’Alba…. A great breakfast, delicious wines to try and buy, we highly recommend the Barolo, and an exceptional hospitality from Emanuela and Marco.

Awesome place in the middle of vineyards.

beautiful panorama from apartment and Interior is well cared in every detail. The kitchen was well equipped even we didn't use it a lot. The owner was so kind for explaining everything in langhe. She gave us one welcome bottle of Arneis wine. Lovely house and lovely people

Great Stay!

Great Location, very friendly host who shared all secrets about Alba and the region when needed, very nice breakfast with homemade cakes and torts. Nice view on the valley, good infrastructure. Will visit again if we go there.

Everything... this place and our rooms were absolutely wonderful. So beautifully presented, practical, spacious, super clean.... anything you wish for.. Emanuela is a very friendly warm welcoming host, extremely helpful and always there for any questions. We enjoyed a 'private' informative interesting but also relaxed and fun wine tasting with her. Beautiful wines 🍷 there 😍 We would come back anytime in a hearbeat. Fantastic... 10 out of 10

Entspannung mit Blick auf Weinberge.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet den Komfort, den man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Bei unserer Buchung war kein Frühstück includiert. Die Besitzerin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Uns war nicht klar, dass wir kein Außengelände nutzen konnten, sondern nur den äußerst schmalen Bakon. Ende Oktober war das nicht schlimm, aber im Sommer hätte ich es schade gefunden.

Super séjour!

Emanuela est vraiment gentille, elle fait en sorte que nous manquions de rien. Les gateaux faits maison chaque matin, super! L'appartement est bien situé, à 15min en voiture de tous les lieux à visiter. L'appartement est super propre et les lits très confortables!

Un B&B piccolo con una grande accoglienza

Piccolo B&B a Diano d’alba (solo due camere con bagno in stanza). Camera spaziosa, ben arredata, estremamente pulita. Bagno ampio con tutti gli accessori necessari per un soggiorno. Colazione sia dolce che salata con prodotti tipici del territorio e torte fatte in casa dall’host. Host gentilissima, da consigli su cosa visitare nelle Langhe, su come muoversi ed eventi presenti nei giorni di permanenza, sempre con un sorriso accogliente. Parcheggio in un piazzale di fronte la struttura.

Curata nei minimi dettagli, la camera è spaziosa e pulita. La zona permette di visitare senza problemi Alba e le Langhe. Emanuela è un host molto preparato e accomodante. Ogni giorno prepara delle straordinarie colazioni con dolci fatti in casa e salato di prodotti tipici.

Meraviglioso!!!

Da sempre frequento Diano d'Alba per i suoi ristoranti eccellenti,ma mai avevo soggiornato in una cascina. Cascina Maina è stata una bellissima scoperta,con camere arredate benissimo ed in una posizione meravgliosa. Le collole della padrona di casa Emanuela poi hanno fatto il resto,invogliandoci a ritornare molto presto per un week end nelle Langhe. Conaigliatissimo

La struttura è davvero curata nei minimi dettagli. La proprietaria è gentilissima e alla mattina prepara una colazione ricca e davvero buona, con prodotti del territorio. La posizione è comoda per muoversi in giro per le Langhe

Vi nød et roligt ophold i Diano di Alba, som er en lille hyggelig by med en fantastisk udsigt fra toppen.

Hyggeligt soveværelse med aircondition og dejligt badeværelse. Skøn udsigt fra terrassedøren. Hyggelig udendørs spisekrog. Om aftenen tog vi stole med ud til vinmarken og nød et glas vin og udsigten. Og så fik vi en virkelig skøn Italiensk morgenmad lige fra lokal ost, pølse, frugt til dejligt hjemmebag.

Gîte idéal pour visiter le Piémont.

Tutti bene. Emplacement, confort, accueil, tout est parfait. Le pti dej est incroyable, les gâteaux maison reflètent la générosité d'Emanuela. Le village de Diano est charmant et le point de vue est incroyable. Nous vous conseillons de prendre un moment pour aller goûter les vins au caveau, le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Pour les francophones, Emanuela parle très bien le français.

Emanuela ist eine herausragende Gastgeberin und kümmert sich um alle Belange ihrer Gäste. Die Lage in Diano d‘Alba ist vorzüglich mit tollem Blick in die Ebene. Zimmer und Bad sind top. Schöner kleiner Sitzplatz zum abendlichen Weingenuss (aus eigenem Weingut). Emanuela kredenzt ein unübertroffenes Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt.

Logement très bien situé, qui permet d'aller au village à pied, à proximité des villages environnants à visiter. L'accueil plus qu'excellent de notre hôte Emmanuelle, qui est vraiment aux petits soins pour ses clients, qui sait nous conseiller pour visiter les alentours et nous faire part de tous les bons petits plans, parle très bien le Français, très attentionnée , elle nous a régalé avec ses petits déjeuners super copieux , a pris le soin de nous faire des pâtisseries faites maison délicieuses chaque jour !!! Logement d'une propreté irréprochable, vraiment impeccable et très bien équipé. De plus, ce sont des viticulteurs, ils sont propriétaires d'une cave que nous avons eu le plaisir de visiter et en avons profité pour acheter quelques bouteilles de leurs bons vins.... Je recommande vraiment ce logement, nous y retournerons avec grand grand plaisir. Encore un grand merci à Emmanuelle.

Colazione buonissima con torte fatte in casa dalla proprietaria (gentilissima e disponibile) e altri prodotti tipici locali. Tutto freschissimo e presentato con cura anche per eventuali intolleranze. La camera è molto pulita e arredata con gusto. Torneremo!

Posizione strategica e perfetta per visitare le Langhe!! Casa pulita, impeccabile, molto comoda, con tutto quello che è necessario, non manca niente! Situata in zona tranquilla, dalle camera c'è la vista direttamente sulla vallata delle vigne... Bellissimo panorama al risveglio!! Emanuela ottima padrona di casa, molto disponibile! Ci ha dato anche tanti suggerimenti. Torneremo sicuramente.
