A first time reviewer, but I couldn't leave this holiday behind without leaving my thoughts. If you already have this booked, you're in for a treat. If you're just considering booking it.. do it! Communication prior to the trip was prompt and helpful(thank you Esteban). On arrival, we were met by the very friendly Blas, who was there waiting to help us in with our luggage and show us around. Esteban's helpfulness continued throughout our stay, with any queries being answered by him efficiently(even things that we probably should have just googled ourselves). The villa itself is fabulous. It's an aladdins cave, with different rooms dotted about, with seemingly never ending fridges, freezers, gadgets, such as the ice machine, fresh juicers, deep fat fryer, bbq. There was something for every need! The rooms were spacious, clean and bright(4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with double sinks, and a separate WC too). The communal areas were fantastic, a large living area, spread around the fireplace, a beautiful courtyard right in the middle of the building, a bar area, pantry alongside the kitchen, separate dining area, washing room, plus more. The outside area was where we spent the vast majority of our time(honestly why leave when you have somewhere like that?!). The pool was warm enough to thoroughly enjoy(start of June), the garden was huge, looping all the way around the villa, with stunning flowers, and fruit trees. Plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the ample sun, which was on the pool area pretty much dawn until dusk! But also plenty of shade from the trees, which was perfect to sit and play games on with our little ones. Outside sofas made it a comfortable area to sit and enjoy a drink once the children were asleep, with the lights of the pool casting a serene glow around the place. Location is brilliant. 10 minutes maximum walk, down one straight street with pavement to the large supermarket.
Positives continued: Beach is less than 5 minutes walk, with a beautiful promenade lined with restaurants, bars, and beach clubs. We frequented exoticca and bel mare for dinner, ammo for breakfast, and alabadero for their Friday paella lunch buffet. We did walk into san pedro one evening for a meal, but for us, the quality of the restaurants and the friendliness of the staff, near to the villa, made it more desirable to stay close by. There were some fabulous looking restaurants in the town, and Im sure when we visit again and the children are a little older, we will give these a try. San pedro is a lovely roughly 30 minute walk along the prom, turning right when you hit bora bora bar, and walking straight up one long tree lined boulevard, until you reach the town(nicer route than the one that google maps recommends). One of the first cafes you'll reach is Güd, where were often took a morning stroll to, for a flat white and a nutella croissant. The town also has a beautiful main square, and lots of fruit shops, butchers, patisseries, and gelateries. El cafetel de Veronica has been the perfect villa for our family holiday. Slow, peaceful mornings, buffet breakfasts spread out along the outside dining table, days filled with pool and garden games, evening bbq's whilst being in and out of the pool, and nighttime drinks on the patio or the balcony, reminiscing over the day. Absolute perfection. Thank you Esteban, Nicolas, Blas, and thank you to El cafetel de Veronica, for making a perfect holiday for us.

Beautiful villa in a great location. The grounds of the villa including garden and private pool were well maintained.

The property itself is great and well situated for the beach all within close walking distance. Lovely pool and garden.
There is a large Villa currently being built next door which overlooks the property thus is a privacy issue. One hopes that when the building is completed it won't have windows which overlook.
