Best location, huge villa, great for groups - needs some TLC in places

This villa (number 14) 4 bed was overall great. The location and privacy and size cannot be beaten. The rooms are HUGE! It’s impressive. Great for groups and in our case a small family. So much is brilliant about it as in it’s incredibly clean and the double pools and environment really fab.

Ok so this villa could do with some TLC. Perhaps it was because we were renting in Feb ( low season ) but it was clear it needed some repairs and freshening up. Some leak stains were noticeable. The kitchen is really very dated but fine. We had an ant problem (not uncommon in the Med) but we did have to be super vigilant. The sun loungers considering this was a luxury villa were very cheap and one was broken. Why even leave it out. The bedroom terraces really need some updates and tidying up. A couple of the shutters were faulty (annoying if you like a dark room to sleep in). I am sure these issues will be sorted as the season gets busy again but I have to be fair in my review and mention them.

Great house that has a lost their owners care and respect

The staff are really helpful. Cristina really did al she could do make the stay better and the response time to every request was great

Those owners don’t show respect for the property or their guests. Very poor maintenance. The house was freezing on arrival and and it reaked from smoking. Marks off water leaking many places. Every where you look you see the lack of care and love for this great house. The furniture are breaking down, some lights work and some not and you can’t know which switch are for what. Pictures online show ping pong table and pool table. Both are there but were both broken upon arrival. They brought us a new ping pong table without gear. Why have show something that is not working? If it had not been for helpfulness from the staff we would have demanded a new house

Good stay, big villa albeit a bit dated with the interior

The host was available for questions throughout our stay and facilitated a slightly earlier check in which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are big, each have an ensuite. House keeping items provided which was helpful.

The BBQ wasn't the same as the pic, it was very small and grill left on wasn't clean. The hob and oven is also small, as it houses 12 people you'd expect more facilities to support cooking for a big group. Pictures online didn't match the villa we ended up staying in.

Great location but wouldn’t choose this property again

Very Disappointed with the finish of the property. Needs painting outside. Walls inside had staining on them. Broken tiles by the pool area. Could cause a trip hazard. Kitchen was very basic. Hardly any serving dishes for catering. No where to put full bin bags. All sliding doors were broken. Secured by a bolt. Major Security risk Some Shutters did not work. Ping pong table was rotten Overpriced for the condition of the property

The most amazing villa and stay!

The most amazing stay at Villa Marina number 14. There was a group of 10 of us for my hen do and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The villa was huge and there was plenty of room for all of us, every room with an en suite. A 2 minute private walkway straight onto the beach which was ideal. Great location, had everything we needed. The host was super quick at responding and was kind enough to let us keep our luggage in the office after check out. Would love to return here again for another holiday!

Lovely location but the attention to detail lets Villa Marina 7 down

Location, size and hosts communication

It is a shame that although there was 11 of us we couldn’t all sit to eat around the table, kitchen was poorly equipped and simple things like not having matching plates and cutlery available. It could be amazing but needs some TLC and attention to detail to really make the most of the property. We booked for 11 but upon arrival we only had 10 beds, we were offered the use of the additional room off the kitchen which we took, however this part of the villa is suffering with damp and so not ideal or at the same standard as the other rooms.

Great, clean, spacious Villa, with modern furnishings. Only 2min walk from La Sala pool party and the beach.

Could give more than 1 toilet roll per bathroom. But they were happy to provide when asked.

Exactly the luxury we wanted

Outside space was gorgeous. Inside was lovely too. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Location was in the doorstep of everything we wanted.

Couple of minor repairs needed. Eg couple of loose door handles and cupboard doors hanging off which meant you were worried you’d be the one to break them.

I had the privilege of staying with a group of 12 friends in this extraordinary villa in Puerto Banus, and I must say that our experience was exceptional. This villa represents the perfect balance between comfort, luxury and ideal location. We also enjoyed the lively nightlife of Puerto Banus, with its trendy clubs and bars, all of which were within easy walking distance of the villa. Perfect weekend getaway party place

Location is fantastic. We had our birthday party there and the place is perfect for those kinds of events. Lots of space, garden is beautiful and even if it's raining it doesn't matter as the outside space is suitable for any weather conditions

Property was just gorgeous! Everything was just beautiful and clean. Carlota was our host and she was SO SO helpful and amazing!

2 small suggestions, maybe upgrade the tv to a smart tv. it would be lovely to be able to watch Netflix in the evening with the kids. and a heated pool would be amazing.

This stunning Villa (13) literally has everything one would need on holiday for a large group. We went for my friend's 40th birthday but would work for any event, group of friends or family get togethers. It's super clean and fresh; air con works very well! All amenities possible including washing machine and dishwasher and a large BBQ in the garden . Loads of space for socialising both inside and outside (massive balcony with sitting upstairs and two large patios with 12 seater table and sofa corner). Tall hedges over the large garden to afford privacy. Two amazing pools. Each of the six bedrooms were en-suite which was great for us 11 girls! We were Initially short of two sun beds for the 11 of us- a quick text to the Villa owner and within moments, two more were delivered!!! Nothing was too much hassle at all. We wanted balloons delivered and set up and this was arranged with so much ease. The design and decor is gorgeous; the photos are a true likeness but at the same time don't do the Villa justice! This Villa is so much bigger than the photos show. The Villa couldn't be in a better location- 5mins from the beach (if that!) and a short walk into town and the harbour. Genuinely cannot rate this Villa and the service offered highly enough!! Well worth every penny and we will most definitely be back! Special shout out to Carlota who was so helpful, friendly and kind to deal with.

Villa Marina delivered on our stag do weekend

Location was 2 minute walk to La Sala by the sea and the beach. It was within walking distance to the bars and restaurants too but this would take 15 minutes there and 30 minutes back after a few bevvys. We had a pool table in our villa which was a nice bonus. Really spacious villa with plenty of seating areas and the pools are well maintained.

Some parts of the villa are a bit dated so maybe a fresh lick of paint to rejuvenate it, the occasional loose cupboard door and loose towel hook but nothing major.

Beautiful, spacious villa in fantastic location

Beautiful, spacious villa with 4 large bedrooms/bathrooms, 2 living room spaces, fully fitted kitchen and both a kids and adults swimming pools. 5 minute walk to the beach and from there you can easily walk to lots of bars/restaurants and Puerto Banus marina. Our villa host Carlota was absolutely lovely and always on hand to answer any questions.

Lovely stay, in a great location.

Very spacious villa that’s in a great location.

The pool area needs some work doing to it. The garden is on a slant so the sun-beds we’re uneven to lay on which made them uncomfortable. The smaller pool steps were just breeze blocks stacked on top of each other which is a safety issue. The external walls on the Villa need painting. The black out blinds in the bedrooms didn’t work properly and need fixing. The kitchen area is a great size but only basic utensils supplied and some of the equipment needs replacing as they are old and tired. No oven trays either.

Perfect location, gorgeous villa, couldn't ask for more!

Location was perfect for us, the villa was stunning loads of different rooms, great views from the balcony. Hosts were amazing and so easy to deal with, nothing was an issue for them. We'll definitely come back again!

Transfers would be a good option to have, but that's only because I was planning a trip for 9 people. but they still gave us taxi options which was fab.
