Casa Orion is a beautiful villa has recently been renovated and designed to meet the highest expectations. The property offers the highest quality features and luxurious Scandinavian design of interior and all furniture’s.
This attractive accommodation sleeps 10 persons, offers 5 bedrooms, 3 en-suite with big spacious areas. Privacy and Security are assured as it´s situated in a gated community.
It’s truly a luxury home where to spend lazy days and evenings with the best of companies.
First floor: The Kitchen is well equipped and includes excellent amenities from Gaggenau including oven, microwave, hob, integrated dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer. It’s perfect for hosting dinners with a dining area for 10 persons. In addition to the kitchen there is direct access to three terraces, pool, BBQ area and the garden.
The Master bedroom has king size bed, en-suite with bathtub, two showers, walk in closet and direct access to one of the terraces overlooking the stunning view of the valley.
The first floor also offers a cozy sit group of two sofas, fire thing guest toilet and office room.
Ground floor: Another additional 4 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 of them are en-suite. This floor also offers a TV-room, bathroom, gym and a washing room with washing and laundry machine. All rooms has access to a big patio with outdoor furniture´s and a table tennis table.
All rooms are air conditioned, has floor heating, SONOS sound system and there is Netflix in the TV room.
The parking at the main entrance can hold 1 car in a gated open-air. The house also has a security and alarm system.
From its premium setting, Mediterranean sea views will be enjoyed as well as gorgeous views of the golf course next door. It possesses close proximity to Los Naranjos Golf and Las Brisas Golf – ideal for golf lovers but non-golfers will not be disappointed.
