A dedicated housekeeper is on-site 5 days a week (9:00–13:00), taking care of daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, and refreshing bed linens and towels.
A pool and pond maintenance team visits twice a week.
A full-time gardener works discreetly on the grounds 5 days a week (8:00–14:00); the gardens are extensive, so guests will barely notice him, except on lawn-mowing day once a week.
Additional services such as a private chef or chauffeur can be arranged upon request for an extra fee, allowing you to enhance your stay even further.

• Quiet hours (house policy): 11:00 PM–8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors and local ordinances
• Events: No parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or amplified music outdoors
• Smoking: No smoking indoors; permitted only in outdoor areas—please use ashtrays
• Pets: Well-behaved dogs allowed upon prior request; owner is responsible for pet hygiene and any damages
• Pool: No lifeguard—swim at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times; no glass by the pool
• Waste & recycling: Use the public containers and follow posted guidelines; dispose of household waste during the evening collection window (typically 8:00 PM–11:00 PM in summer; 7:00 PM–11:00 PM in winter)
