did not match what was suggested on the booking platform. problems we encountered. 1. there was no parking space on the day of arrival that was indicated via whatsapp 2. air conditioners did not work 3. on the second floor the toilet smelled of mold 4. on the second floor, in the large room, water was leaking under the sink. there was also a problem with the return of the deposit.

Great views, great location, comfortable - but not perfect

Super location, very convenient. We were there in the winter, so it was quiet, it could get very busy/noisy in high season but that is part of the attraction of the Port. The apartment is a great size and has wonderful views. The furniture is good quality and very comfortable.

The roof leaked quite heavily, but there was a lot of rain in a short space of time and it dried out quickly. Equipment is minimal (one tea towel for instance) and no sign of any smoke alarms or other safety devices - but that's normal in much of Continental Europe. One small grip was a shake down by the manager for purported damage. It was only €70 - so not worth fighting about - but beware.

We loved our stay in Marbella and our apartment was perfect it was like being home.It was well furnished and the kitchen had everything that was needed, perfectly clean.Everything was in walking distance, restaurants, shops, banks, bakery, etc.

Diese Wohnung wird nur toll dargestellt !!! Enttäuschend !!!

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster und Schranktüren schließen nicht und klemmen. Manche Rolläden klemmen, gehen teilweise nicht ganz zu bzw. gar nicht erst auf. 1 Uraltes Badezimmer im oberen Geschoss mit wahnsinnig lauten und langen Wassergeräuschen. Am letzten Tag erst die Balkonmöbel bekommen, obwohl diese zur Wohnung gehörten. Kleine Tiere in den Bädern. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, wenn man bedenkt was diese Wohnung im 3. Stock in der Hauptsaison kostet.
