Close to Marbella and good value. Great for a group

· Greeting Ladies were professional and warm Nice rooms and wonderful outdoor area and pool Good location with easy access by car to local Lidl shop and marbella (10 minutes drive) Good security in place

39 steep steps up and down to the villa:- difficult with heavy bags and one older person in our group. No AC in large sitting room/lounge TV not working with internet (Prime/Netflix/Apple anything smart) One of the Cooker hubs and oven not working (Thankfully had two sets and the outdoor BBQ - but this was a little Cumbersome with a group of 8). One bathroom had unpleasant smell. ANother one didn't have an air vent and had lots of little midgets hovering around.

On the whole , It's a nice villa and would still recommend it to my friends.

The location in near a golf course in a quiet and tranquil area. The villa is amazing, has a lovely garden with a beautiful view.

We were 13 people and used all the bedrooms. What once was a laundry room was converted into a bedroom, which door leads exactly into the kitchen. This created a nuisance for those that woke up early and wanted to use the kitchen. To reach the villa, one has to go down a two storey staircase, getting up and down with a heavy suitcase was a bit of a nuisance. You need to have a car or hire a Taxi to reach old town and Puerto Banus.

A lot of space inside with good comfortable beds. The communication with the people from the villa was easy and clear.

One of the biggest downsides was to be so close to the main road, you constantly hear the cars outside but also inside at night.
