Designed with a refined blend of contemporary comfort and timeless Andalusian character, the villa features twelve beautifully appointed bedrooms, generous living areas and an abundance of natural light streaming through large picture windows. Every space has been thoughtfully arranged to provide both sociable areas for entertaining and peaceful corners for relaxation.

The main residence accommodates eight stylish bedrooms served by seven bathrooms. Guests are welcomed into a spacious lounge with comfortable seating, while the adjoining dining room can host up to twenty guests for memorable meals together. A separate reading lounge provides a quieter setting for unwinding, and the fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes everything required for preparing anything from leisurely breakfasts to elaborate dinners.

Outdoor living is equally impressive, with numerous terraces offering both formal dining and informal seating areas. A covered porch creates the perfect setting for al fresco breakfasts, while beside the private swimming pool a charming gazebo incorporates additional seating, a bar and convenient restroom facilities. A generous Provençal-inspired outdoor kitchen makes entertaining effortless throughout the day and evening.

The extensive leisure facilities ensure there is something for every guest to enjoy. The pool terrace is lined with comfortable sun loungers, while covered lounge areas provide welcome shade during the warmest part of the day. The twelve bedrooms offer flexible accommodation for a variety of group sizes. Three bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds, two are furnished with queen-size beds, one offers a double bed, and the remaining six bedrooms are equipped with twin beds, providing comfortable arrangements for both adults and children.

Every modern convenience has been included to ensure a relaxing stay. Air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort, while the fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional features include a fireplace, security system, safe, private parking, landscaped gardens, furnished terraces, balconies, wireless internet and cable television. The villa is family-friendly, entirely non-smoking and offers the option of heating the private swimming pool during cooler months.

Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of €725 applies per stay. Pool heating is available on request for an additional €500 per week.
