Perfect villa!

Please note that this is a room inside a villa, not a villa on its own. The property consists of several villas with rooms, and you can choose to rent either a whole villa or just a room. The place is located inside Villa Marina, and it has access to a private beah. The location is also away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay. Marbella Old Town is just a few minutes’ drive by Uber, and Puerto Banús is also very close. Our room was truly huge, super clean. It comes with a private dipping pool, though it was too cold to use in winter. I do like the fact that the toilet has a heated seat, which was a nice touch during winter. Breakfast was gorgeous, with so many options. Breakfast starts at 9 a.m. If you want to eat earlier, the full breakfast isn’t available. Still, the staff went out of their way to provide bread and hot drinks so we could start the day. The staff at this property is truly five-star quality. All of them without exceptions! They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Our flight was delayed due to a storm, we had to request a last-minute pick-up, and they managed to arrange it without any fuss. They really make you feel genuinely cared for.

Honestly, the only downside? Leaving and going back home. LOL. The whole experience was perfect. I really don't have anything that I didn't like.

DO NOT BOOK THE PLUNGE POOL. It is literally a puddle, (up to your ankles), looks nothing like photos and I saw someone else post a comedy post on TikTok which had the exact same experience as us. I questioned it with the manager and was told they don’t all look like the photos, absolutely madness we paid extra for it.

The property is centrally located in a gated neighborhood. It’s completely remodeled, offers various spaces to enjoy the amenities (shared pools/kitchens/living areas)

The room we had basically felt like a room inside of a house - you could hear everything from the outside and even our own room neighbors. We had no privacy, and felt for the amount of money paid I should have had some privacy. The pool is nothing more than a 2inch sinkhole with water

The villa itself was immaculate — beautifully designed, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail was carefully thought out, combining luxury with the feeling of being at home. What really stood out, however, was the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly responsive, polite, and genuinely eager to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, and they handled every request with efficiency and a smile. The location was ideal — peaceful and private, yet close enough to Marbella’s beaches, restaurants, clubs.

Our stay as a family was from 14th to the 21t of July, we experienced very unpleasant situation with the front desk staff Andre the day of our check out, he was unprofessional when I asked him about our late check out , which was already discussed with his colleague previously the day before until 2:00 PM, who confirmed that our stay for extra couple of hours one room is approved and will be free of charge ,however due to Andre’s miscommunication with his colleague, he was trying to convince us to pay for our couple of hour extra stay.. which We considered unprofessional as it was totally unexpected… he also didn’t provide the invoice of our final bill as he claimed the hotel doesn’t have a printer ,And he confirmed that he sent it by email instead, he also didn’t offer any assistance with the luggage before our departure, which made our last impression of the hotel and service so negative . I would appreciate that my concerns and the outcome of my experience to be shared with the management.

What truly amazed me was the option to purchase the artwork and have it delivered to your own home. I couldn't help but fall in love with one particular art piece that graced my suite, and I am seriously considering making it a part of my personal collection. The interior decoration exudes elegance and class, and my premium suite boasted a private terrace with a small shallow pool – a perfect oasis to cool down during the scorching hot days. While the gardens are still in their growing phase, it was evident that they are carefully curated and have the potential to blossom into a lush paradise. This place is an absolute gem for those who seek an authentic and personalized experience. It's a haven for art enthusiasts and anyone who loves discovering something new and extraordinary. Absolutely fantastic and unforgettable experience!

Everything, from the service, which was absolutely 5-star, to the location, just a few minutes from the sea, and the heart of Puerto Banús, was incredible. The house itself is gorgeous, and the attention to detail is remarkable. There are beautiful paintings on the walls from upcoming spanish artists, according to the host's explanation, and we even bought one, as a lovely reminder of this incredible stay! Piękne miejsce na zdjęciach, ale zdecydowanie słabe na kilkudniowy pobyt bez nerwów.

Pokoje i części wspólne były bardzo ładne. Gospodarze zwrócili nam 50% ceny pobytu po odbytym wyjeździe.

Brak ciepłej wody, a następnie tylko gorąca woda w kranie, niektóre kurki w kranie w ogóle nie działały, cały czas słyszeliśmy pikające pralki, zarówno w pokoju jak i na tarasie, zdarzyło mi się pójść samemu i ją wyłączyć, brak codziennie zmienianej pościeli, bak rekacji w trakcie pobytu na problemy z wodą, realnie zostaliśmy z problemem sami, tłumaczono, że nie ma innych dostępnych pokoi, pomimo, że były oferowane na portalu Booking, musieliśmy się myć w ogólnodostępnej toalecie (nie łazience). Prawie brak możliwości co do wyboru śniadań.

Obiekt jest wspaniały, w pełni zasługujący na wysoką ocenę - Przepiękny, bardzo czysty, przestronny, bardzo stylowo urządzony. Personel niezwykle sympatyczny i pomocny, na wszelkie prośby reagujący niezwłocznie. Śniadania również na plus, codziennie były serwowane w pokoju i składały się z różnorodnych produktów.

Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to zapach papierosów, który był wyczuwalny w pokoju po zakwaterowaniu. Jestem jednak przekonana, że gdybyśmy zgłosili ten fakt obsłudze, na pewno zostałyby podjęte wszelkie możliwe kroki aby zlikwidować tą niedogodność.

Tout était parfait : l'équipe en charge de l'accueil est adorable, l'endroit est vraiment central et se trouve à 3 minutes de la plage, tout près de Puerto Banús. L'endroit est spacieux, moderne, chaleureux et propre.

Ils proposent un petit-déjeuner, ce qui est très bien comme service, mais malheureusement les œufs arrivent froids et ne sont pas très qualitatifs pour le prix.

Hôtel calme divisé en villas joliment décorées, tout est sobre et de bon goût, le staff est très à l'écoute et serviable. Accès à la plage à 3 minutes à pied.

Le petit déjeuner doit être commandé la veille avec un horaire précis, si on a 10 minutes de retard les œufs sont froids... il serait plus cool de les faire à la minute.
