The location is great. The rooms are a very good size. It’s a great villa to share. The landlord is a gem. The pool area is great. It’s a comfortable villa , maybe some furniture need replacing, but honestly it’s a minor point. We took our daughter and her friends there in august, and we were very happy about our choice. 4 double rooms and one room with 2 double beds. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. I would give it a very honest 4 and 1/2 stars

Modern, clean, and the location is perfect. Short walk into Banus, but far enough away to avoid any noise.
