La situación de la villa y la piscina
Algún día el agua de la piscina no estaba muy clara porque los inquilinos anteriores habían apagado la depuradora. Aún así, la persona de mantenimiento estuvo muy pendiente.

The location of the property is perfect, its a 2 minute walk to the beach and the many lovely boardwalk cafes and restaurants. The villa itself is very big and so is the swimming pool and gardens. We have never stayed in a villa with such a big, warm and well maintained pool, it was lovely. The villa was relaxing with lovely mature plants and flowers all around. The air conditioning was a massive bonus too as it was very hot whilst we were there. Yese looks after the property, greeted us on arrival and then viewed the property before we left. We could contact her with any problems, which is always a bonus and she was helpful and lovely to talk too.
Just a note - It wasn’t the most modern of villas, but we didn’t mind because the positives far outweighed this.
There were a couple of Maintenance issues that needed addressing and we fed this back to Yese. The front entrance door key/locking mechanism certainly needs some attention….it was very temperamental, it took us a couple of days to work it out. The air conditioning in one of the rooms also needs looking at as it was v noisy (all the other room A/C’s were good)
