We loved our stay in this villa, it was relaxing, spacious and in an excellent location

The location of the property is perfect, its a 2 minute walk to the beach and the many lovely boardwalk cafes and restaurants. The villa itself is very big and so is the swimming pool and gardens. We have never stayed in a villa with such a big, warm and well maintained pool, it was lovely. The villa was relaxing with lovely mature plants and flowers all around. The air conditioning was a massive bonus too as it was very hot whilst we were there. Yese looks after the property, greeted us on arrival and then viewed the property before we left. We could contact her with any problems, which is always a bonus and she was helpful and lovely to talk too. Just a note - It wasn’t the most modern of villas, but we didn’t mind because the positives far outweighed this.

There were a couple of Maintenance issues that needed addressing and we fed this back to Yese. The front entrance door key/locking mechanism certainly needs some attention….it was very temperamental, it took us a couple of days to work it out. The air conditioning in one of the rooms also needs looking at as it was v noisy (all the other room A/C’s were good)

La ubicación está bien.

Nuestra experiencia en esta casa fue bastante decepcionante. Para empezar, la ropa de cama y las toallas eran tremendamente viejas y en absoluto acordes con el tipo de alojamiento ni con lo que se cobra por la estancia. No se puede justificar que, aunque no sea un hotel, se ofrezca un servicio tan descuidado en este aspecto básico. El menaje estaba sucio al llegar, lo que obligó a limpiar antes de poder usarlo. Además, la casa presentaba muchas deficiencias de mantenimiento: algunos baños no estuvieron operativos durante varios días ( sin agua caliente entre otras cosas) lo que generó muchas incomodidades y complicaciones en el uso de la vivienda. En definitiva, la relación calidad-precio es muy mala y no recomendaría esta estancia en absoluto mientras no se solucionen estos problemas graves de mantenimiento y limpieza.
