About this villa rental
A single property, "VillaCasa Marbella," divided into 3 apartments—available for rent as a whole so you can enjoy it with friends or family: All rooms have air conditioning.
- VillaCasa-7 on the first floor (3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + kitchen + living room with fireplace)
- VillaCasa-5 on the first floor (2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen + living room with fireplace)
- VillaCasa-3 on the first floor (3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen + living room),
There is a 160 m² "Funny Club" lounge (which includes a heated indoor saltwater pool, gym, game room, and gathering area with a fireplace)
It’s a 5-minute walk to the beach, a 5-minute drive from downtown Marbella (historic center and marina), and a 13-minute drive from Puerto Banús
Marbella is a city for everyone, whether on vacation or not; it has 27 km of beach, many restaurants, shops, bars, nightclubs, etc.
VillaCasa features:
- A 1,500 m² garden to enjoy with friends or family
- Wi-Fi (fiber optic, max. speed)
- 3 saltwater pools, one of which is an indoor heated pool, so you can swim year-round
- Game room with TV and foosball
- Parking for 7 cars
Starting May 9, 2021, we will comply with COVID regulations or laws issued by both the Andalusian Regional Government and the national government (regarding capacity limits, curfews, etc.)
- All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
VERY IMPORTANT:
- Strict Cancellation Policy: Non-Refundable
- No pets allowed
- The maximum number of guests (28 people) must not be exceeded.
- Not suitable for celebrations (weddings, First Communions, baptisms, etc.)
- Do not use glassware in the pools
- Valid identification must be presented (passport, ID card, DNI, NIE, or driver’s license). At least one person must be over 25 years of age
- Guests must register with the Traveler Registry on Chekin, in accordance with Spanish law

Villa Casa Marbella was wonderful. We had a group of 24, 6 families in total aging from 11- 50+ and it met everyone’s expectations .
Plenty of room to socialise as a big group but also plenty of spaces to get away for some quiet time if needed.
Very clean, great beach nearby and hosts Carmen and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!
