Calzaiuoli3 Luxury Flat in the City Center of Florence

The location was perfect! Every place we visited was in walking distance.

It lacked some utensils in the kitchen, such as a sharp knife. Could have used more coffee for our 5 night stay.

The location of this place was perfect. Each day we walked out and was at a different site or tour pickup location in a maximum 15 minute walk. It could be a bit noisy earlier in the evening with what seemed to be a local hotspot for people to get drinks and sandwiches outside one of the windows but the noise dwindled by 11 PM or early depending on weekend or mid-week. The location had 1.5 bathrooms which made getting ready much easier in the morning. The door code was provided and key pickup was a lockbox by the actual apartment door inside the building which made leaving a key behind while exploring an easy option to prevent loss of the key while we were out.

The address for the place does not quite match the actual location. It is about a block off. Twice we had drivers attempt to pick us up and they both ended up about a block away in front of the pharmacy which actually was not too bad as I think that location may also have been easier for the drivers to get in and out of in the first place.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful - very upscale - the doors and windows were very solid and the lighting was high tech! The room decor was top notch. It is located in a perfect location with an easy walk to the Duomo, the piazzas, many amazing restaurants and lots of shopping. The apartment was very clean, modern and well maintained with a separate washer and dryer, which was wonderful. The host was great to work with, and her communications were timely before and during our stay. Many thanks to Alessandra for making our stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Florence.

The bedroom window is right over a very noisy restaurant, so it was a bit difficult to fall asleep since they are open until midnight on weekdays and 2 AM on weekends!

The location was excellent and the apartment is very spacious. The communication and assistance was great.

The second bathroom had a terrible smell the whole time we were there that went through the whole apartment. I advised the property they said it could have been from the rain although was still smelling on our fourth night and there had been no rain and said they couldn’t do anything. For the price we would expect decent plumbing and a non smelling apartment that was very sickening.
