FAZIT: Preis-Leistung stimmt leider nicht überein!
Das Haus ist alt, gross und wunderschön! Grosse Zimmer mit viel Platz und der 3. Stock mit atemberaubendem Ausblick! Das grosse Grundstück ist eingezäunt - ideal mit Hunden. Auch die Lage hat uns gefallen.
Leider war es uns nicht sauber genug. Der Geruch im Haus - vor allem im Erdgeschoss - war furchtbar. Im 2. Stock konnte man gut lüften, da es (nur) dort, Fliegengitter gab. Im Erdgeschoss war lüften, aufgrund der Moskito-Plage, bzw. der fehlenden Fliegengitter leider nicht möglich. Im TV-Zimmer drang Feuchtigkeit durch die Wand und es roch stark 'muffig' und nach Schimmel. Auch die Kissenbezüge und das Sofa rochen danach...die Kücheneinrichtung- / Geräte sind alle sehr alt, und verbraucht. Diese zu benutzen brauchte Überwindung. Der Griff am Kühlschrank wurde abgebrochen, damit sich die Besteckschublade öffnen liess...Unser Duschvorhang graute...Die Matratzen waren SEHR weich und durchgelegen....der Pizzaofen konnte wegen eines Hornissen-Nestes nicht benutzt werden...bei jedem Regenfall fiel der Strom aus und dadurch wurde vermutlich die Zeitschaltuhr für den Rasensprinkler verstellt, so dass der Garten nachmittags bewässert wurde...
