Très bien aménagé. Confortable et fonctionnel. Déco de l'appartement très agréable, effet cocooning.

Spacious rooms, clean and well-equipped apartments, efficient entering/checkout with clear visual guidance. The property responds are also smooth. Good offer in high season among expensive hotels in Kiruna.
Beds are too small. 15-20 min walk to city on snow is not so comfortable as imagined.

+ close to cross country ski track
+ close to dark places where you can watch aurora
+ shop is around 17 minutes away on foot
+ close bus stop and some tour operators pick up people from the place
+ coffee filters
+ warm flat
+ comfortable beds
+ sharp knives (that's rare in rentals :) )
+ kitchen suitable for cooking
+ they let us check in early :)
- shared WiFi with other flats
- shower was not what is showed in the booking photos! I am not sure if electrical heating this close to the shower is safe
- TV with Android share screen - it didn't work with netflix and each time someone used it, you got an alert on the phone and other people could turn off or stop/start whatever others were watching, very unpleasant in the long term
- hosts do not communicate in English
- dirty bathroom drain
- random additional items in the flat that can be used (coffee filters), random items missing (oven gloves)
- some salt or baking paper would be nice to have for longtime rentals
- all cooking from lower flat could be smelled through kitchen hood in the upper flat, not that terrible if someone was just cooking, much worse if they burnt something (happened a couple of times)
- uncomfortable couch
- no shelves in wardrobe in the bedroom (very uncomfortable for longtime rentals)
- the kitchen drawers barely open
-+ flat is too expensive for what it offers and in the end you need to perform whole cleaning routine. I feel like the price range was somewhere between long stays and short stays but the cleaning part is usually associated with longtime rentals. Anyway, we never left any flat without basic cleaning but to vacuum the floors, it was the first time :) I have mixed feelings about this, makes sense for long rentals (such with deposits and all) but if you rent this pricy option for holiday then it feels like a little much. Not sure if this is an advantage or disadvantage really, just something to consider.
