Lovely city north of the Arctic Circle.

It was nice to have a full apartment in Kiruna. Kiruna is an amazing Arctic city.

It was farther from town than I expected. Of course I could see it on a map, but the town is undergoing reconstruction, so I found Frost Longstay difficult to find the first time. A longer walk to the convention center than I would have preferred. It was more rustic than I expected, e.g. the shower didn't drain properly because it wasn't level, so the solution was after every shower to use the squeegee device that was provided to clear the standing water. I used the laundry room, which was very nice to have, but the instructions on the excellent Swedish appliances were in Swedish.

We had a fantastic stay at Frost Apartments! The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the excellent communication with the owner. Every time we had a question, we received a response within minutes. This level of attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing missing was a hairdryer, which might be important for those with long hair. And some windows let in a slight draft, which is probably normal if you're not used to double or triple-glazed windows.

Une grande surface, mais mal aménagée

L’accueil peu aimable. La douche dont l’inclinaison du sol ne conduisait pas à l’écoulement. À chaque douche fut-elle très courte l’ensemble de la salle d’eau était inondée. Le dispositif anti-incendie était enlevé alors qu’il est obligatoire en Suède. Qu’en est-il de la sécurité des occupants ?
