Fantastic stay with a lovely surprise upgrade

Wonderful room, with very beautiful and cozy decoration. The lighting throughout the hotel, in the rooms, the spa, and the common areas, had a warm tone that created a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere! The staff was polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet not only had a huge variety, but everything was also very tasty. There were cheeses, different kinds of eggs, sausages, bacon, various jams, cereals, breads, fruits, croissants, pancakes, coffee, tea, and smoothies. The spa area was amazing, with beautiful decoration and a very relaxing atmosphere. The lighting was warm and pleasant. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are heated to 38°C. There is a sauna (85°C, 10% humidity), a steam room (45°C, 100% humidity), and a hammam. There is also a lounge area with a fireplace. From the sauna, you can go directly outside. The only negative point is that the spa is open from 14:30 in the afternoon until the evening. It would be very convenient for guests if it were also available in the morning. Congratulations to all the staff, our stay was excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade from a standard double room to a junior suite, which made our stay even more special. Thank you!

Very modern, great amenities, smart tv, very nice staff! The hotel is very modern. This is located in the new part of the town, but the old town is in the process of being relocated. I highly recommend it!

Beautifully decorated cosy hotel!

Lovely new hotel in the "new" town centre area of Kiruna. I loved the interior design, which reflected a cosy, contemporary Scandivanian vibe. Our junior suite was really comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was also conveniently located near the tourist information office, which was a pick-up point for several activities. The free shuttle bus to the train station is located nearby and comes in handy if you arrive by train.

Could not fault anything. We loved our stay.

Perfect, beautiful, fresh feel and very clean!

Beautiful and fresh property. Very new and super clean. Beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect, many restaurants nearby. Tour companies pickup from hotel. Lobby is a very cool and cozy place to hangout, can spend hours here. Breakfast has very nice spread. Restaurant also serves tasty food. Staff is very friendly and hospitable.

Fabulous!

Location is great. Kiruna is not a big town and even if one stays in town, the can get easy excess to the outskirt. This hotel is 5 to 10 mins from the airport, and the same to the old city and mines. It is also surrou ded by olaces to eat, a Coop, salon,shop and a coffe shop is right across, 5 steps away. New hotel and very comfortable and value for money. Not sure if they will stay this affordable. We tried all 3 restaurants and pubs. The fine dining restaurant (FE if I am not mistaken) serves beautiful meals and helped me with my vegetarian restriction. The Rooftop lounge serves drinks and dessert and you can see the aurora (we did!) from the balcony during clear skies. The Bishop's Arm has more choices for vegetarian/Peschetarian and the setting is more of a pub. We love the cozy lobby. On cold days or after breakfast, we love to lounge there with candles burning and sometimes the fire place. Really felt like lounging in a cozy living room. We also had a go at a couple of chess game and there are other board games too to kill some time.

There is not much to dislike except the inconsistent service we got from Bishop's Arm. First night we were served by a gentleman (with dreadlock). We were served a bowl of soup without spoon, asked for mayonaisse and got the menu instead, ordered diet pepsi, was served regular and he was so eager to clear our plates while we were still eating, he did it twice! The second time we were there a lady served us and she was perfect! Our soup turned up salty and she handled it beautifully. Regardless of this inconsistency, Elite Frost still is a good hotel and we hope Bishop's Arm will improve in the future.

Very nice room in this brand new hotel, loaded with pleasent details, the staff is so kind and all the servcies are good. Breakfast was rich and complete for all tastes. Position right in the new city center.

Everything was just wonderful

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Our kid got a nice goody bag upon arrival. The staff was super helpful, they took time to explain the town history and marked all the spots we should visit. Beds were super soft and bedlinens felt real fresh. Toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast was plentiful. Everything was top notch. We really felt well taken care of.

First class rooms with modern interior and equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a lot options and was of a great quality. Relatively great location in the new city centre. A lot of shops and restaurants near by.

We could not find the parking area for the hotel when first arriving in the scene. Luckily, the staff directed us to the nearest parking hall across the street.

Är så nöjd med vår helg på Elite hotel Frost. Blev oerhört väl bemötta med rumsuppgradering och ballonger. Älskade inredning och atmosfär. Sängen var precis lagom fast och vi hade kuddar i alla storlekar. Frukosten innehöll allt och frukostrestaurangen var dämpad trots att det var många som åt. Bäst var spa:t. Att bada utomhus i 38- gradigt vatten när uteremperaturen är minus 23 är en härlig känsla

Mooie inrichting. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Lekker en volledig ontbijtbuffet. Gezellig eten in de Engelse pub op de begane grond

Dat de kamers erg warm zijn. Je kan het raam niet zelf openzetten. Er is geen airco maar een ander systeem waarbij je wel-3 graden kan aangeven, mag dit werkt (nog) niet echt. Maar op verzoek willen ze het raam voor je open doen.
