It was warm, we were able to adjust the temperature how we liked it. Lovely apartment, had everything that we needed. It was clean and comfortable, enough room for all our luggage and for us to chill.

Fantastisch

De locatie was gunstig gelegen vlakbij een grote supermarkt (Stora Coop). Verder was het daar rustig en is er veel privacy. Het appartement was goed te verwarmen. Dit was ook nodig vanwege de koude temperaturen (-20 C). Er was eigen kookgelegenheid en daar konden wij goed gebruik van maken. Er is ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid binnen enkele meters afstand. Er is gratis (snelle) wifi. De servicemedewerkster is heel vriendelijk en geeft binnen een korte tijd antwoord op vragen via de email. Handdoeken en zeep lagen voor ons klaar en ze hadden de verwarming alvast voor ons aangezet.

Er was geen tweepersoonsbed voorhanden, dus mijn partner en ik sliepen apart. Het bestek was niet volledig (geen goede keukenmesjes, geen flessenopener). Er is geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Een auto is daarom aan te bevelen. De TV had geen ontvangst van zenders, maar werkt alleen met Google TV.

De kamer was voorverwarmd toen ik kwam. Het was schoon, alles wat je nodig kunt hebben was aanwezig en de bedden waren comfortabel en schoon. Al met al top!

De code voor de sleutel stond in de chat in de booking.com app. Dat wist ik niet direct, wilde de host bellen maar die nam niet op. Uiteindelijk na rondvragen de code in de app gevonden en alles is goed gekomen.

Ei juuri kehuttavaa

Saapuessamme avainta ei ollut avainlaatikossa. Ovi oli onneksemme auki, joten pääsimme sisään. Majoittaja ei ollut enää saapuessamme tavoitettavissa, joten soitimme huoneen seinällä olevien ohjeistusten mukaan vartiointiyritykselle, jotta saisimme oven lukituksi. Heidän mukaansa heillä ei ole sopimuksia majoittajan kanssa. Emme siis tavoitteet ketään saadaksemme avaimia, joten emme voineet jättää tavaroitamme avoinna olevien ovien taakse ja olimme näin asunnolla jumissa. Soitin seuraavana päivänä majoittajalle, mutta mitään hyvitystä tilanteesta ei annettu. Jos ovi ei olisi sattunut olemaan auki, olisimme siis nukkuneet autossamme. Huoneisto itsessään on karu ja äänieristys olematon.

De sérieux progrès à faire dans l’accueil

Logement neuf et propre

Ce sont des investisseurs locatifs qui ne savent pas ce que veut dire accueillir des touristes : - alors que l’appartement était disponible, nous avons attendu plus d’une heure dans le froid et le vent. J’ai appelé, précisant que mon mari avait 78 ans. 3 fois la femme m’a répondu c’est notre règle, pas avant 15h00 !!! La porte doit être réglée par une horloge. En 40 ans de voyage c’est la 1 ère fois qu’on nous refuse l’entrée d’un logement disponible ! - aucun renseignement sur la ville alors que celle ci est en plein déménagement : pas d’horaire de car, ni de plan pour situer l’arrêt de bus (20 mn de marche sur des chemins tortueux) alors que c’est loin du centre-ville, rien sur ce qu’il y a à visiter ou à faire - pas les produits de base ( sel…) Attention : il y a 2 Frost Longstay et Google envoie vers l’autre. Même les gens du coin ne connaissent pas encore celui-ci

Pratique si vous avez un véhicule et que vous ne souhaitez pas manger au restaurant à tous les repas

Logement spacieux pour 2, grand parking. C'est de la construction légère mais plutôt bien isolée (pas de difficulté à chauffer). C'était calme mais tous les logements ne semblaient pas occupés. Petit électroménager et ustensiles de cuisine suffisant. Débit wifi très correct, permet en tout cas de regarder la TV sur tablette sans problème.

Prévoir un petit déménagement de lits si vous souhaitez dormir à côté de votre partenaire (2 lits simples dans 2 chambres séparées). TV inexploitable si vous n'avez pas vos propres comptes Netflix, Amazon... et nous n'avons jamais réussi à faire un partage d'écran avec notre tablette. Le prix est assez élevé cependant le fait de pouvoir se préparer quelques repas est à mettre dans la balance.

L appartamento accogliente, comodo, pratico e pulito e nuovo.

Letti non troppo comodo. Abbiano avuto la sfortuna di trovare la finestra di una delle camere bloccata, nn si poteva aprire e non era chiusa a dovere, quindi entrava freddo. Segnalo assenza phone asciuga capelli per chi è interessato. Fate attenzione ad inserire nel navigatore l indirizzo completo della struttura. Esistono due strutture uguali e Google propone solo la struttura nn gestita da booking. Sarebbe utile segnalarlo nella descrizione.
