Hotel close to the Airport with good breakfast

Very good location, close to the airport and nice atmosphere inside the hotel. Breakfast with a large selection of food and comfort. Overall I was satisfied.

Unfortunately the hotel is located next to a shopping mall and a gas station, so you can hear street noise very early in the morning.

Location was pretty close to shopping complex. Staff was very helpful and assisted better than expected. Easy access at anytime.

Same breakfast menu everyday. They could have changed little varieries every other day atleast. Laundry service is not good. Drier not working.

The hotel is very close to a busy road with huge trafic. If the window remains open the sound from the traffic appears to be noisy. The choice of the food in the restaurant is limited.

Does not worth the money

The breakfast was good.

Dirty, old and not maintained room. They used 2 single bed sheets with holes over a double bed. You can also hear everything from the corridor and the next rooms.

I focused on my work, and Hotel was in 15 minutes to the place I visited.

The location in city is great shopping center, bus stop are in 200 meter. Airport is in 7-8 km. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Roads are almost empty, since inhabitants number is little in North Sweden.

A cupboard would be useful in the rooms. Double rooms are really comfortable for one person. I booked room in this hotel several times. In Kiruna sometimes it is difficult to find room at all. I spent the one really warm week of this summer in Kiruna. It was very warm. Maybe the temperature was only 24-25 C in shadow but in it was very hot in sunshine.

Had a fun time

The personnel was always available for any question. When three people of our group had to cancel due to covid, the hotel gave us all the money back (even if the rooms were theoretically not refundable)

The room weren't extremely clean, also on Saturday the sauna was unavailable

Great stay in Kiruna

I liked the easy parking just at the entrance. Breakfast was quite okay, service was absolutely polite and perfect. Nothing to complain about. I just needed a place to sleep and a possibility of pick up for my tour operator but I got a bit more tan that.

That is just a small thing- I could not open a small window. So as I have used to sleep in very chilly room-it was just a bit too hot for me. But it is just me! For normal people warm room is a good thing, I suppose :)

Very comfortable bed, clean room, nice breakfast, the staff member of the morningshift helped me with my bus, she was super kind!

The walls where very thin so I could hear all the noise in the hallway and in the other rooms

Ein enttäuschender Hotelaufenthalt.

Aufgrund der Fotos dachten wir, es würde sich um ein gemütliches Hotel handeln. Es liegt direkt neben der Einkaufs-Industriezone. Es handelt sich eher um ein Motel, aber ganz sicher nicht um ein Hotel, in dem man gerne im Winter eine Woche verbringt. Gemütliche Sitzecken gibt es hier nicht. Das Zimmer ist aber auch nicht so gemütlich, dass man dort gerne viel Zeit verbringt. Der Frühstücksraum hatte den Charme einer Autobahnraststätte. Brot und Brötchen waren pappig wie vom Vortag, aufgeschnittenes Obst und Gemüse hatten schon eine angetrocknete Oberfläche.

Savnet grovt ferskt brød til frokost - samt stekte egg og litt mer variert påleggsutvalg. Noe kjedelig med bare en rett til middag da vi kom. Døde fluer i vinduskarm i restaurant, samt litt slapt renhold av bord.

God kommunikation och lätt incheckning samt att läget är väldigt bra för resenärer som önskar göra shopping i Kiruna.

Frukosten var helt ok med allt som behövdes. En sak var däremot ej bra och det var gurkan och tomaten på frukostbordet, de var inte så fräscha och hade förmodligen varit framme någon timme för länge.

Pragmatisch, praktisch, gut.

Sauber, einfach, in Ordnung. Frühstück alles, was man so braucht, nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger. Man kann in Kiruna eh nicht von zentraler Lage sprechen, daher verkehrsgünstig gegenüber von Bushaltestelle (Airport&Bahnhof) Supermarkt, Tankstelle gelegen.
