As described in the listing. Great budget accommodation with a fantastic breakfast.
You should state that there is a free shuttle bus from the train station offered by the city. This makes the location more attractive. This was a concern of mine at the time of booking.
I had previously emailed twice about the place before booking and didn't get any replies on both occasions.

Very good price for a private room with breakfast. Kind personal, opportunity to use the washing and drying machines for free. Sauna in the basement for free all day! Library in the main building.

Location by the skiing station
Old building, room and bathroom, not in good shape. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Shower head hose was broken and water was therefore leaking. Hot water for tea at breakfast was cold. Nothing charming nor comfortable. It's just okay for 1 night.
