The apartment is located very well, near to Chioggia (15-20min walk) and the beach (10-15 Minutes walk) and anything you need is near the apartment in the street. 2 Supermarkets, 1 Drugstore, ...) It's big enough for 2 adults and 1/2 kids and equipped with almost anything you need. Only a dishwasher is missing.
There could be a little more items in the kitchen, especially wine glasses, and the dishes as well as the kitchen itself could be a little bit cleaner. But nothing that could not be fixed by yourself.

Die gute Lage. Der Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Waschmaschine. Die Wäscheleine auf dem Balkon. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (3 Minuten zu Fuss). Relativ wenig Verkehr auf der Strasse. Überall Fliegen-/Mückengitter.
Die Küche war leicht schmuddelig, die Pfanne etwas fettig. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Das WLAN hat nicht immer zuverlässig funktioniert. Kein Sofa für eine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit am Abend - dafür aber war es auf dem Balkon gemütlich und von der Strasse her auch nicht zu laut (Anfang September).

Casa Davide ist ein schönes Appartement im Zentrum Sottomarinas. Die Lage ist ideal, da man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand ist und auch die Altstadt von Chioggia ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das modern gehaltene Appartement verfügt hinsichtlich Ausstattung über alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Seitens Davide waren Kommunikation und Organisation einwandfrei. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I loved the fact that it was close to everything and there was a bakery across the road where you could buy early morning bread or croissants for breakfast
It had all the facilities you need when on holiday
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but people need to bd aware that it is on the third floor and carrying suitcases up the stairs is not easy
I would have liked a kettle as I am a tea drinker and had yo book water in a pot It was fine but a kettle would Havd been nice snd also a toaster
