Everything was excellent, loved the roof terrace and secure parking. Good aircondition kept the rooms at 24 when it was 38 outside 👍🏼 Close to both the beach and old town, big supermarket next door.

Piaciuta ottimizzazione degli spazi, i servizi, il grande terrazzo e la luminosità degli ambienti. La possibilità di usufruire di un garage (a pagamento) per la macchina.

Nulla, dato il periodo la terrazza probabilmente non veniva utilizzata e necessitava di una bella pulizia. Sono sicura che nel periodo turistico questa viene sicuramente pulita a modo

Alles war da und sauber. Schone Terrasse mit Sonne oben. Die Wohnung ist recht neu und modern.

Vor dem Check-in muss ein sehr umfangreiches Vertrag unterschrieben worden (was beim Buchen übrigens auch erwähnt wurde). Darin standen dann aber ABSURDE Beträge für eventuelle Schäden ( zum Beispiel €35 wenn eine Badeschwamm hin wird, oder € 50 wenn eine Becher kaputt ist) Dies hat uns ( mit 2 Kinder) sehr gestresst... wir haben dann selbst Becher mirgenommen und beim Check in alles mit Video dokumentiert. Keine feine Erfahrung, beim Urlaubsanfang... Ich hoffe auch, dass im Nachhinein keine unbegründete Rückforderungen kommen. Sonst freundliche Check-in Dame. Alles Vor Ort dann unkompliziert.

Hezké nové vybavení, klimatizace, super kuchyně se spotřebiči. Pohodlné postele, ačkoli matrace u jednolůžkových postelí neodpovídaly rozměru.

Obecně by v apartmánu chtělo více uklidit. Podlaha byla na místech špinavá, povlečení mělo pár fleků (ale vyprané bylo). Terasa byla hodně špinavá – hadra po utření stolu byla úplně černá, podlaha taky. Hodně věcí bychom si uklidili sami, ale chyběly prostředky na mytí. Na ubytování byla myčka, ale už tam nebyly kapsle, u umyvadla nebylo mýdlo, dnes už standard na pokoji.
