Huoneisto oli hyvä, tilava ja hyvin kalustettu. piha suojaisa ja rauhallinen. Uima-allas ja poreallas loistavia.
Paikalla olis mahdollisuudet olla loistava, selvästi huollossa ja ylläpidossa puutteita, yhdestä huoneesta puuttui sähköt, ulko-oven kahva jäi käsiin, pihakatoksen "pressu" rikki. Lopulta myös portin moottori lopetti toiminnan. Pientä puutetta asioissa siellä täällä. Ongelmana on myös muurahaiset joita on kaikkialla, myös sisällä keittiössä. Paikallistiet todella kapeita, älä tule isolla autolla.
