Villa Tijuana - Jacuzzi, Playa y Naturaleza en Gran Canaria

Nice quiet location. The jacuzzi/hot tub was great. The villa was clean and tidy in an out of the way location but not too far from the airport. The host were really helpful and prompt when sorting out a issue with a broken lock.

The house was somewhat careworn. A bit of damp, some peeling paint inside, a cracked window and a broken lock on the toilet door (quickly resolved within an hour by the owner - thanks again :-) ). At least one plug socket was cracked showing the metal backplate. The toilet, bidet and sink wobbled slightly in one bathroom, the lighting was really dim in the bedrrom (low energy bulbs). Fittings in the bathroom also slightly rusty. Other fittings in the lounge hanging loose. The linen in the bedrooms was average, at best. We chose this property expressly because it had on-site parking (for secure motorcycle parking) - IT DOES NOT. The garden was nice, but still, a little untidy - the false turf lifted a bit in places, the other outdoor cushions seen better days etc. The owner has since informed me after my return that they are trying to fit in a renovation soon - this may be so... The owner also has slightly pressured me into giving a good score. I would prefer to give, what I personally think, is an accurate one. This wasn't a bad place at all, it just is a little rundown, and was perfectly good for our needs and we enjoyed the stay.

La casa nos gustó mucho, muy espaciosas las habitaciones, el jardín es impresionante con su zona de jacuzzis y de sol, la bsrbacoa,.. y la zona acristalada tipo ‘bar’. La ubicación está muy bien cerca del aeropuerto y de la ciudad. Agustín y su padre fueron muy amables en todo momento, nos enseñaron la casa muy agradables y hubo mucha flexibilidad y comunicación.

Por poner alguna cosita, diría que por dentro debería hacerse un poco de mantenimiento, pintar las paredes, una manilla de la puerta rota, poner bombillas en las habitaciones superiores.

Casa cómoda para 10 personas. Localización excelente (si tienes coche) muy bien comunicada para acceder a cualquier zona de la Isla. Restaurantes cercanos en coche (incluso hay uno al que se puede ir caminando). El Jacuzzi es una pasada. La zona de barbacoa excepcional. Estuvimos en Agosto y la temperatura fue muy agradable, durmiendo tapados y con ventana cerrada.

Por decir algo andaba algo justo de menaje para 10 personas. Nada grave.
