This property is located in a residential area: parties, events, or any activity that may disturb neighbors or other guests are strictly prohibited.
Exceeding the contracted number of guests is not allowed, except in previously authorized cases.
One pet is allowed with a supplement of €150 per week.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. It is only permitted on outdoor terraces or balconies, with care taken to protect the furniture and lawn.
A €1.000 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.
We recommend checking the condition of the accommodation upon arrival and reporting any existing damage to avoid misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in the total loss of the deposit.

It was a very pleasant stay in a quiet neighbourhood. I recommend renting a car if you are staying because of the remote location. The area has newly been developed so the taxis are struggling to find the location.

👍 The views from the villa are fabulous. The indoor facilities are very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning / heating is very good. Bathrooms and bedrooms very clean and comfortable. Good to have a garage for the car with automatic door.
👎 In January there is very little sun on the terrace / pool. We got sunshine in the corner area where the sun beds are from around 09:30 through to 11:00. As it was January it was too cold to use the terrace when it was not in sunshine so we were unable to use the outdoor facilities or indeed the pool. By the end of January there was more sun lasting until 12. The photos of the terrace are misleading. The other thing that was disappointing was the kitchen facility. All very new and clean and at first glance appears to have everything you need to cook but it is quite limited for serving up a family meal. There is also a lot of construction noise which we were warned of so no issues there but there is more noise than expected when the villas either side are having their swimming pools built!
