Sully II - Apartment of 33 sqm with parking 400m from Lake Annecy

The location for both walking to the Lake and the railway station was ideal, about 20 mins to the latter. It is a ground floor apartment and is very comfortable even though slightly homely. The bedroom was very comfortable and the apartment was very quiet - no real noise at all from neighbours in the block. We cooked on both nights and everything was in good working order - plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. We took a day trip to Geneva quite easily (eventually) having researched it on ChatGPT to find that the 0844 train direct to the city just didn’t exist… and you can’t ask the ticket office as they don’t open till 0930! A very helpful local suggested the 272 bus from next door at (a) half the price and (b) much quicker journey, although it does terminate at Geneva Airport - where you buy a day pass and get the #5 in to the Gare at Cornavin. Where you are dropped off is on the other side of the station where you get picked up by the returning bus. This was (eventually) so much easier than worrying about the trains!

Nothing really, other than a slight challenge of fitting our car (an estate) down the parking access ramp to the covered parking area… the space had a pillar at its near side front, and it was very tight to keep it within the lines. Also, do note that access is via the rear entry door (furthest away) as you come in from the barrier - there are two, and we were initially trying the wrong one - and when exiting the property you need to get your car out first to the street, then return to leave the keys with the barrier button inside having contacted the owner 30 mins before so he can come and get them. A little convoluted, but he did arrive on time as he said he would.

Nous avions choisi cet établissement pour son parking. Malheureusement emplacement pas assez large ( pour une berline!). Nous avons donc laissé la voiture dans la rue où tous les emplacements sont payants. Le ménage n’était pas fait à notre arrivée ( alors que l’heure avait été négociée avec la conciergerie à 17h30) et il a fallu attendre un certain temps pour pouvoir disposer du studio……..

Ruimte, locatie, laadpaal vlakbij.

De badkamer is toe aan een opknapbeurt.

Nous avons signalé que la fenêtre et le volet ne fermaient pas mais aucune solution ni réparation n’ont été apportées alors que le logement est en rée de chaussée
