A great location for exploring Annecy on foot.

This is a nice, modern appartment in a quiet, residential area. It took me about 12 minutes to walk to the lake, from where it's about the same again to the touristy stuff in the Vielle Ville (not Annecy-le-Vieux, which, confusingly, is somewhere different). There are supermarkets, bakers, and restaurants all within walking distance. My car never needed to move from the carpark. The host very kindly waited an extra two hours for me with the keys after I'd been delayed by a Swiss motorway closure. His friendly willingness to do that was very much appreciated.

I had to buy a corkscrew. I left it there for subsequent visitors.

Quiet location. There is a nice bakery just at the end of the street. Tha apartment is equipped with everything one might need.

Key collection, it would be better to have a key vault at the property or electronic code lock. The TV has Netflix,but it is unwatchable because of the sound output.

A good place to stay. On my next trip I'll consider booking out again

The location is perfect if you travel by car - no issue with parking, and you can still get the lake by feet of necessary, though it's not quite close

The check-in is until 9pm. But ask you need to get in is a key. I don't get why there's no simple locker outside with the key for the entrance door. It looked like a complexity for nothing

la plaque de cuisson était bloquée_barrée a notre arrivée donc difficile initialement d'utiliser la plaque de cuisson mais avons réussi a trouve la solution pour utilisation...

Mobiliari modern i parking privat

- Falta de neteja: llençols amb cabells d'un altre usuari, fregall i drap de cuina utilitzats i mullats. - Erem 3 persones i faltaven utensilis imprescindibles: nomes hi havia una cullera petita, 2 culleres soperes, no hi havia plats fondos, no hi havia paper WC ni tovallola de mans al lavabo. - Al llac s'arriba caminant en 15-20 minuts i al centre en 30 minuts. (5 minuts al llac en cotxe).

Buona soluzione per rapporto qualità prezzo ad Annecy.

Appartamento in zona semicentrale di Annecy, serve la macchina per arrivare in centro. Dispone di un parcheggio all'interno del condominio molto comodo. Bagno molto ben tenuto e pulito anche se non finestrato. Ottima la dotazione di asciugamani, tutti pulitissimi. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La chiave viene recuperata tramite combinazione, all'interno della cassetta delle lettere.

Cuscini pelosi sono solo frutto di allergie e si sentiva che erano impolverati, non sono adatti ad un bed and breakfast. Mancava qualche tazza e totalmente i cucchiaini. Il divano letto non era stato preparato, anche se era stato prenotato per 4 persone.
