Very nice studio with all the attributes you need for a bit longer stay. Located very close to the lake and the old city center, everything is doable on foot (although there's plenty of bus stops in the vicinity as well). We were welcomed by a very friendly hostess, who gave us a lot of information on all the possible activities in the area. We would definitely recommend staying here!

La propriétaire des lieux nous a très bien accueillis. Elle nous a conseillé des balades avec de la documentation. Elle est tout à fait disponible.
Le logement est idéalement situé. Le lac est à moins de 10 min à pied et la vieille ville d'Annecy à 15min.
La résidence est sécurisée et au calme avec parking sous terrain privé.
Studio idéal pour un séjour à deux.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l’appartement de madame Laffin.
Appartement idéalement situé, résidence privée, fermée très calme.
Appartement très bien équipé, idéal pour un couple.
5 minutes à pieds du lac et de la vieille ville.
Madame Laffin a été très accueillante, nous reviendrons.
