Logement fonctionnel et bien situé, il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires.
Le studio est situé à côté d’un chantier de construction ce qui implique des bruits de travaux parfois des 6h30 du matin. De plus la ventilation de la salle de bain est très bruyante et se déclenche de façon aléatoire (par exemple en pleine nuit).

Pas très loin du centre ville (environ 20 minutes à pieds), mais très accessible en bus. J'ai adoré surtout la baignoire à remous qui était parfaite pour se détendre. L'immeuble est très calme. L'appartement est bien décoré et confortable.
Il n'y avais pas de "Kit de bienvenue" (petites doses de savon/shampooing, quelques dosettes de café ou thé...) ça aurais été super. Il manquait aussi la tablette pour baignoire présente sur les photos qui aurais rajouter du confort. Le placart de la chambre s'ouvre très mal. Et le tiroir de la salle de bain est taché.
