Clean but basic. Breakfast not worth the extra.

Clean and warm, but basic compared to other Kyriads. Towels spotless. Shower good and plentiful hot water.

Cheap hand soap in a bottle for another brand didn’t impress. Nor did the paper cup and sachet of cappuccino powder. Only one pillow. No instructions for tv or info about fire exits in the room and the phone kept flashing a red light? Breakfast was not worth the extra - sorry looking scrambled eggs, cheap tinned sausages (cut in half) - stick with yoghurts, croissant and preserves.

Always a pleasure to stay at this clean hotel, with ample good parking, friendly staff. Supermarket across the road, Chinese buffet restaurant next door (opens 7pm ).

The room was enormous, good parking, shower was very large too.

A very industrial location , it was only for one night on route to Calais the next day so wasn't an issue.

The Hotel full-filled what I needed to have - a comfortable stop over after driving over 10 hours

Location to main road - access - to continue our journey Breakfast was more than adequate - variety Parking was secure The whole building was well lit - the interior was exceptionally clean A great stopping over night place maybe for the weekend if that is required , for me its an over nighter to break up the journey . very quiet - exceptionally well sound insulated bathrooms were very clean and more than adequate Did use the exceptional restaurant next door - great value for money

Next visit I need to explore access to restaurants further afield via bus maybe need to explore access to the centre But since this was a stop over the above does not apply

Very enjoyable, visited all of the sites of the city which we have been wanting to do for a long time.

Good location within easy reach of the city. Comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. Excellent ‘ eat all you can ‘ Chinese restaurant next door.

A little noisy due to main road location. Could have had a better breakfast selection.

Surprising decent hotel for one night stop while returning to UK

Next to main road south of Rouen and easy to find. Supermarket opposite. Room was clean and looked newly fitted out. Also, came with kettle and was bigger than I expected for what was advertised for a single room. However was still a little cramped. Another plus was hotel having a lift and a microwave in breakfast area. Price was very good compared with others I saw advertised.

Location is next to very busy road in an industrialised area. OK if that doesn't bother you.

Excellent stay location great just outside of main town

Location was excellent. We did not have breakfast as we had to leave early. We travelled by motorbike and as I requested when booking we had a room facing where we parked. Car park was secure and gated at night.

The fact that they did not do food. As we traveled by motorbike we would have had to walk into town which probably would have taken about 15 minutes. Having just spent 4 hours on the motorbike already, getting back on the bike would not have been an option.

Great hotel great value, we had a pleasant stay, it's a bit far off city centre but a 10 min taxi or a 25 mins walk if you want to save the money. very clean and comfortable though, super helpful staff.

Clean and comfortable. Seems to be recently updated. Easy to get to historic Rouen. Breakfast was nice and adequate.

They don't restock items in the breakfast area. We did fine but my husband got the last of scrambled eggs and me the melon. They were not restocked in the time we were eating even though other guests arrived.

Great for a comfortable overnight stay

Good parking facilities, easy check in. The hotel is nicely decorated. The room was nicely appointed for a budget hotel ( slippers, toiletries), The bathroom was very clean -toilet brush provided. The beds were comfortable, air con. The breakfast was simple but tasted great- enough choice. Staff efficient and friendly.

There is a busy road at the front of the hotel if your room is at that side. It didn't bother me too much as I was exhausted. The automatic coffee machine coffee wasn't great. There is no bar - but there is a soft drinks to pay for facility.

Moved room as ours had been smoked in. Staff have no local knowledge at all. Told we needed to drive into town for food when there is an excellent Asian restaurant 250 meters down the road.

Friendly receptionist on arrival. Smiled and indulged in conversation

Less smiley and friendly receptionist on departure but not rude or unpleasant. A multitude of sins can be forgiven if a person gives you full attention and makes you feel you are important to them. Smiling and eye contact are massively important. Communication and engagement are so important to make the hospitality experience a good one.
